    National Weather Service did alert on Cellphones this morning about the flooding conditions. Can't imagine why! LOL

    The emergency alert system for wicomico County doesn't alert for flood warnings, only for tornado warnings.

    I can tell you there was deep standing water in places I've never seen it this morning at 4:00am. I didn't get a phone alert until around 8:00am.
