Clinton did her best to use the race card when performing for the black vote in 2016, a performance that was an embarrassment to everyone who heard or saw it. It, as it well should have, hurt her chances for the presidency with its easily recognized, insulting level of pandering and poor acting. "You know what I'm talkin' about."
