Pedro Figueroa-Zarceno, 33, reached the settlement agreement with the city attorney's office, said Saira Hussain, a staff attorney at the Asian Law Caucus who represented Zarceno. The agreement must be approved by the Board of Supervisors.
“It’s really important for San Francisco to remain a sanctuary city not in name only but also in practice,” Hussain told The San Francisco Examiner. “Our hope is that the department is going to look into this further and really examine the way that the department can do more."

ReplyDeleteCalifornia is the most liberal state in the U.S. But this is beyond ridiculous. Paying an illegal because he was turned over to immigration authorities. If California pays this lawsuit they should be voted out of the United States. In my opinion, if you are illegal you should have no rights. Constitutional rights are for Americans, not illegal immigrants. All illegals should be deported. No rights to illegal criminals.

Then allow their wives with these anchor baby to clean up through all government assistance programs. The best way to destroy this country is not with military power but with financial default.
