    More than likely it's over the Fire Services Agreement w/Wicomico County.
    As much hell that's been raised, I really wish SBY would go to an all volunteer FD. That would eliminate about 98% of Salisbury/Wicomico problems.

    So, the public session last a whopping half an hour... Yet we need to keep hiring people due to the "increasing work load" of running this town??? Impressive!
