  15. Typical illegal handiwork. What else is going to fall apart and maybe kill someone next time. If an illegal makes a mistake, they are not going to say anything for fear of being fired. I have had to go behind these people and fix what they screwed up. You hire them, you get what you paid for and get what you deserve.

Guess what, OC residents are so preoccupied with trying to pay their real estate taxes, water bills, front foot assessments, fixture taxes, sanitary fees, there is no room for annual maintenance. The residents have now become slaves to the governmental system. It's so sad that OC's corruption has now consumed all the residents disposable income.
