  5. Dogs and chain link fences are now against the law. Thieves, drug dealers and rapist must be able to run threw neighborhoods without injury. They're the democrats voting base and their needed.

  6. Where can the 'proposed' changes be found? Or are they a secret???

  8. This Is " Why " people need to come out to
see what's proposed . The way some of the Laws
now stand H.Society & Animal Control can do
nothing because of the the way they are
    written !

My understanding was the Meeting was to be
held at 7 p.m. but as you can see it was
changed. As was stated-----Some People have to
    work.
I 'm planning to attend so I can listen how
Council Members voice their opinions as to
    changes requested.

  9. Cannon has nothing to do with this at present.

Our understanding is New Laws were requested
by the Executive Director of the Humane Society.

Salisbury is quite fortunate to have someone
so dedicated to their job as he is.

  10. It's funny you mention Chain Link fences.
City Dog Laws allow Chain Link fences
    for dogs!
Back to your comment though 6:45 pm---
I believe I 'm correct in stating that
it's proposed that "they" fences will be
allowed in the back of the house or
down the side of the house. All ex-
isting chain link fences may stay,when/if
    the New Law goes through.
NO fences will be allowed in front of houses.
You can ck the paper or contact
the Mayors office for exact wording.
It's really important to know all the facts
when stating something on here. We don't
want to be accused of carrying Fake News now
do we? There's quite enough of that going
    on "out there . "
Thanks Joe , for helping Keep Things On the "Up and Up:

  12. OPED FOR BUSINESS (but all our open meetings are when the working folk are wirking)
How much sense does this make, Wayne?

  14. Simple solution is to move out of MD. Leave the druggies, thieves, murders, rapists, low property values and no jobs behind. Too many laws, no CCW and another tax/fee around every corner.

  15. New dog law should be no one is allowed to own or keep a member of the "Dangerous Dogs" as outlined in the homeowners insurance regulations.

  16. Why, as we all read this "Notice" are we not equally "Noticed" of the proposed changes? Is it that by doing so may lead to an overcrowded meeting room, or do you just want to shove legislation through without public input?

    Oh, BOTH?

    FU. I'll be there.

  17. 1113... I have one of what you would call a "Dangerous Dog" (Pitbull) that was attacked by a yellow lab in December. And my pit bull didn't respond back to the lab. My dog along with ALOT of other pit bulls are nicer and friendlier than most of your ankle biting dogs. Also, I own a house and the insurance agent came to my house to meet my dog and also LOVED him.
