    This is a very interesting story. This cat dressed up using a mask and hands to appear white and older. This is the reason his cases grew cold because the police were looking for someone described completely different. It wasn't until his 3rd bank robbery in PA that he was caught because he was throwing the disguise out the window in a high-speed chase. Repeat offenders get sloppy and trip themselves up. Had he not done the PA job, he probably would've never been caught.
