Amtrak Could Make Taking The Train As Uncomfortable As Flying

If there’s one thing that riding the rails has over flying, perhaps it’s comfort: Train passengers have a bit more legroom than on planes, and can get up and walk around at any time. We all may need to stretch our legs a bit more if Amtrak decides to pack in more seats.

    another waste of taxpayer money. can't stand on it's own. Been waiting since the 70's for them to break even, let alone make a profit!
    never gonna happen!

    Nothing beats the open road, cool tunes and your OWN car or a nice rental. Drive to your destinations when you can! Seeing America is well worth the extra time and think about it! No additional charges for oversized luggage! Cheers and Happy Trails to You!
