  1. Can you believe that the SHA is closing the south ramp on RT 13 getting onto the bypass right there in front of the center? Three months right in the summer heavy traffic season! What rocket scientist thought this up?

    1. Sounds like a win...direct traffic back into Salisbury instead of bypassing it....I'm sure the business numbers will enjoy the uptick

  10. 328 that's awesome news. CONGRATS to you! Good luck in your new town! Hopefully, it won't be the disappointment Salisbury has been for you! I'm right behind you! You must be ready to roll, probably started packing months ago! Looking at blowing this pop stand, too. No use in staying when there's no jobs! Congratulations again!

  11. 242 you should be counting your lucky stars Hillary Clinton isn't your president. Imagine the damage she would've done to you by the end of four years. You'd probably be a citizen of the North American Union where you could travel freely to Mexico and Canada while being a socialist.

  12. Does anyone know who to contact regarding the 'newspaper trash' that's being delivered weekly. It's everywhere and looks terrible laying in everyone's yard and drives. Is there a website or phone number?

  16. 1:48, just go south to the next light and make a U-turn and get on there. It's easy and about a block away.

  17. Again...How was the Salisbury Festival downtown this weekend? When the news showed the event from the air the place looked empty. Did things pick up and was there any profit? Sounds like it must have been peaceful because there wasn't a peep of any trouble reported.

    1. Went Friday. Overpriced. Rides have seen better days and crammed into a small space. Few carnival games. Weird organization. Lots of LEO. No local crafts, arts, booths...nothing. Just food, drinks, alcohol, rides and live music. River still disgusting. No comparison to the earlier festivals. Lots of minors walking around with beer someone bought for them. (They need to have a visible stamp for those over 21.). So I'd say just what I expected from Sby. Sad. Hebron does a better job with way less money.

  20. What is up with handicapped jitney's at Walmart North. I made a fast pass in there today and lost count of how many times I waited for one of those things holding up progress. Now, I'm not saying I don't have patience or mind wait for someone in need. I am saying I thought it looked like the Olympics competing in a run. Nursing Homes don't have that many challenged folks.
