Stevie Wonder: Can’t Say ‘Black Lives Matter’ When Blacks Are Killing Blacks
While addressing “gun violence” at a North Minneapolis Conference on Peace, musician Stevie Wonder said it is contradictory to say, “Black Lives Matter” while black-on-black crime rages out of control.
According to Billboard magazine, Wonder said, “It is in your hands to do it. It is in your hands to stop all the killing and all the shooting wherever you might be. Because you cannot say, ‘Black lives matter,’ and then kill yourselves.”
"Because you know we’ve mattered long before it was said, but the way we show that we matter, the way that we show all the various people of color matter is by loving each other and doing something about it. Not just talking about it.."
It' good Stevie is speaking out. When someone says BLM you know they are nothing but a liar. if they were truthful they would say BLM only when a racial agenda can be attached to the death.
black lives matter only matter when a white person kills a black person, black on black crime is much higher but I guess that doesn't matter..only race....they are a domestic terrorist group...
I suggest to him that the need is not to DO anything, but the BE who we are, namely, Children of God the Father of Jesus Christ. That would be the Christian message to society. Stop trying to DO something. Start living as reconciled children. BE righteous - live the right way - love your neighbor as you love yourself.
It is past time to recognize that the government cannot save us. It can only make things worse. Much worse.

We believe that if we attend 1-2 hours a week god will give us our hearts desires, that the bible is meant solely to prosper our few
Amen Stevie you have a heart and are a fair man. It is all races not just one all lives matter but it goes even farther if you were not taught love for each other at home, then God should have come into your heart, and common sense teaches you right from wrong, even if you don't use it WE ALL KNOW BETTER.
