      If you look to the FAR RIGHT COLUMN, it tells you if the person was involved in a collision. It really would be easier to do that than to waste yours and everyone else's time typing a stupid comment. But, I'll save you the hard work, neither of these arrests involved a collision.

    Someone who partied all night and/or partied so hard the previous night that the alcohol has not had a chance to clear the body.

      I remember the time that Bofa got locked up for DUI at 8am.
