    5 or more votes prevail. Ginsburg won't be one of them, so her recusal wouldn't matter.

    Constitution and Bill of Rights protect American citizens and residents within the jurisdiction of the USA. Not the other 6.7 billion people in the other 190 or so countries. Sorry you don't like that. Why don't you sing us a few bars of "Imagine" by John Lennon?

    When they say appointed for life, there is the option to retire before you do; there's no requirement to actually die in office, Ma'am.

    No, I think Ruth is still sharp as a tack so to speak. However, her leftist ideology shows she is not impartial in the least and does not read into the law the way she should. She must recuse herself at least and perhaps she should face some form of censure.
