Genetics Shows Ancient Egyptians Weren't African

The first ever genetic analysis of mummies found that ancient Egyptian kings were more closely related to West Asians than Africans, according to a study published Tuesday by scientists at the Max Planck Institute.

The research found that ancient Egyptians were most closely related to Neolithic Levantine, Anatolian and European populations. The mummies tested did not share strong genetic links to Africa often found in modern Egyptians.

“This suggests that an increase in Sub-Saharan African gene flow into Egypt occurred within the last 1,500 years,” Wolfgang Haak, who led the research team, said in a statement.

“The genetics of the Abusir el-Meleq community did not undergo any major shifts during the 1,300 year timespan we studied, suggesting that the population remained genetically relatively unaffected by foreign conquest and rule,” Haak said.

  1. WE already knew this, all anyone has to do is look at the accomplishments that the Egyptians did. To compare, just look at any city run by Black Democrats!

  2. Every American city that has a Black Mayor, a Black City Council, (or majority, there of) is a disaster! Then there is their own neighborhoods, all examples of how well they manage.

The one city exception to this is Slumsbury, but ours is run by a bunch of idiots.

  3. I have some friends who are Egyptian who look white and will tell you they are not African, but Egyptian meaning they don't consider themselves black. Most North Africans have an Olive Complexion. Probable mixed race having both black and white heritage.

  4. I have news for you 10:23 the truth is every country in the world where blacks are in charge are disasters. There isn't one black run African country that is lawful and self sufficient. Many don't even have functioning government and are overrun with warlords. Then there is Haiti. It's a very sad truth that blacks themselves should be taking very seriously.
