Anti-Topless Rule Stripped, All Nipples in Fort Collins Are Free
Update: Since 2015, an organization now called Free the Nipple Fort Collins has fought to remove the words "the breast or breasts of a female" from the community's public-indecency ordinance. Now, a federal judge has issued an injunction against the city over the rule on constitutional grounds, essentially killing it.
According to attorney David Lane, who represented plaintiffs Brittiany Hoagland and Samantha Six in the case, the order leaves Fort Collins "with two choices. They can probably try to prevent everyone from walking around bare-chested — and good luck with that. Or they can just let it go."
Looks like it's gonna be a long, hot "summer of their discontent" at City Hall in OC. The mayor and council are crusin' for a brusin' in federal court.
No I simply feel that at 18 your a legal adult...your choices are your own....the biggest issue I see with OC having clothing optional is the amount of beach....living in Florida there are beachs that aren't that accessible and generally nudity is ok...south beach in Miami is separated and well marked that you will encounter nudity...OC doesn't have the luxury and shouldn't have to allow it...the less attention paid to it and it will fade quickly...
I'm seeing a 300 pounder topless blubbering down the beach thinking she's "pretty". You can't unseen that once it happens to you! Hot girls won't need to show the bait, fat chicks do.
