    Bikes to the beach this weekend....even if it rains Oasis will be open, no doubt, plenty of ice cold beer and food!

    Daily times still not covering local High School sports. It's an utter disgrace. SBYNews could triple it's viewers by providing this coverage if only daily scores and highlights.

    1. the good
    after a year of pressing the owner , the county and with some other help they are finally making repairs to the old Nanticoke Seafood plant , George Chevalier is smiling on us now.
    2. the bad
    the drunks are still hanging out at the local parks in the Nanticoke area and nothing is enforced
    3. the ugly
    beer cans and trash continue to be a problem all over the grounds at the parks , especially Roaring point .

    Regarding The Daily Times local sports coverage, I recall seeing one of, if not the main reporter covering that beat left the area recently. 20 years ago their local sports coverage was great. They covered the whole Henlopen and Bayside conferences, North and South. It has gotten worse and worse as time has gone on. So has WBOC's coverage of local sports.

    Helping a local contractor at the Parker Complex today and witnessed a county employee zooming in and out several times running about 30 mph in a older ford dump truck.Just a dirt road with trees and people around.He needs to slow down Alot!

    Is anyone else tired of all the medical commercials? Get's to be a downer hearing about all the problems one after another. If you are taking this medicine tell your doctor. Heck the doctor is the one who prescribed it in the first place.
