    To "register" they force you to put a credit card "on file" with them, whether or not you are bidding. I'm out. There is absolutely no need for them to have my financial information.

      How do you suggest to bid then? They need your info to be paid... if this is all you have to complain about then you need to open you eyes. This is about a recovery center for addictions not your precious information. I hope you never have anyone in your family with a addiction... Your just sad!!!

    What a neat idea. Joe you should make yourself highest bidder. There is a lot of negativity on SBYNews provided by its readers concerning all the area LEO agencies. Good opportunity to enlighten your readers that the Sheriff 's Department, (and all law enforcement agencies) might actually deserve respect. Great chance to introduce the public to the job.
