With the Pride of Baltimore (a replica of a Baltimore Clipper ship) in the background, Hogan sat with House Speaker Michael Busch and Senate President Mike Miller to sign 12 of the 207 bills at the dock.
That site was selected because many of the bills signed are geared toward protecting the state’s environment. Among them: bills expanding a program that gives tax credits to buyers of certain electric cars.
Several bills signed Thursday, Hogan said, “will help protect our soil, our air and our water.”

The good governor is like the rest of us, judged by the company we keep.I would say he is hurting his reputation sitting in the middle and rubbing shoulders with that pair. Those losers should be retired. Save taxpayers money by paying their pension, instead we keep them there to continue ruining the good state of Maryland.
