Katie M. Cook, 27, of Willards, Md. A No Show In Court Today 5-24-17

After this woman struck my home in Powellville and ran from the scene, she was a no show in court today and now has a $5,000.00 bench warrant out for her.

    Hey, I was on jury duty today in Wicomico County and we were dismissed before we even made it to the courtroom. I wonder if this was why?

    She used to be a waitress in the area and seemed like a nice girl. She also was married to a guy much older than her. Not sure what her deal is.

    How hard would it have been to ask for a public defender and then actually make it to court? This was a huge waste of time and money for lots of people who could have been doing something constructive.

    Catch her and give her real time, I'm sure parents and friends know where she is. Might have been nice once or just fooled everyone, buck lacked any morals.

    Kids today don't take responsibility for their actions. Why would this surprise anyone? She is just making the legal rat nest that will catch up to her worse with every day she remains on the run.
