You heard me right. The failing Daily Times will once again be downsizing and moving into the old Fire Station 16. BUT WAIT!
Is it LEGAL? Has Boy Mayor Jake Day reviewed the formal contract between the City and the Owners of the property.
My guess, when the taxpayers were forced to sell the property for pennies on the dollar, the only way they could keep Joe Albero from buying it was to set rules as to what you could put in that building and a Newspaper wasn't one of them.
So much for Paying It Forward and doing what's right for the community. That is, unless you FAIL financially. The Owners have tried every possible angle to get a liquor license in that place and that too is illegal, according to the original agreement when the property, (once again) was sold for pennies on the dollar.
The biggest question is, just how long will taxpayers continue to allow elected officials to LIE to you and SCREW you?
LOL this town is pathetic.
ReplyDeleteEven the clique's can't manage to support each other.
Isn't this owned by a group of Smallsbury's elite?
yup buy TAX PAYERS Buildings for almost nothing friends of the good ole boy network washing each others greasy hands and i am SURE the officals who ok these contracts get kick backs in a form one way or another....free drinks
Delete"Allow", what are you suggesting?
ReplyDeleteIs this jake ? lol.
DeleteDetailed explanations on your point, please?
ReplyDeleteI thought since the library needed more space make that a cool
ReplyDeleteChildrens library with a overhead walk way connecting the 2 buildings.. how cool
Would a lids library be in an old firehouse????
Yeah ok snowflake ....more like a nicer place for drug addicts and homeless to hangout...?
Delete6:12.... that would be better than anything else -atleast would serve the community.. and 7:35 ..they are a snowflake because they read and want kids to read... yeah you must be a real educated individual
DeleteI will miss seeing live acts there..
ReplyDeleteIt was all a FRONT why else would you buy a property wanting to make it a bar when in the CONTRACT it said you COULDNT ?.
DeleteJust demolish all of downtown and make it an open drug market. That would be the only thing that will succeed in downtown bury. The ghetto crowd will love it, and you know they are all the bury caters to anyway.
ReplyDeleteYou can see live magic acts in SBY as the Mayor makes your money disappear.
ReplyDeleteNext bust-main street renovation project.
ReplyDeleteAll of the county and city members think they are above the law because they make the rules . It's been that way for the 40+ years that I have lived here.
ReplyDeletePolitics at it's best or should I say worse .
wink wink good ole boys.
DeleteJOE
ReplyDeletethis was done on purpose the owners did this knowing they would be selling it for a higher price as a ASSTABLISHED BUISSNESS to get more $$$$$$ there needs to be a INVESTIGATION by GOV Hogans office ?.
Taxpayers? Like most inner cities are there any left? With all the section 8 and shuttered store fronts who is paying taxes?
ReplyDeleteGood ole boy jake will come up with a waiver so they can sell then he will get his payback when he is out as mayor ?
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to learn Headquarters Live (in your words) "has failed". It is always sad to see a business close and employees loose jobs.
ReplyDeleteSeems to me this is not all doom and gloom. Devreco, owns the building, and pays taxes to the city, county and state, so there is no loss in revenue for these three agencies. Through Devreco's business expertise, they have found a new tenant to move in after Headquarters Live's contract ends this summer.
"Business expertise" !? LOL What about this disaster qualifies for expertise? Every advantage, protection and favor and still can't get it done?
Delete100% correct along with the CORRUPT Council.
DeleteWhen will voters learn? Nothing Democrats do is legal or ethical. They're a band of radical leftists bent on destroying any municipality that is stupid enough to vote for them.
ReplyDeletecouldn't happen to a nicer bunch of crooks!!
ReplyDeleteThe best council members are ones with business knowledge . What's best for the city , not the members.
ReplyDeleteCouncil members hmmm one has a gay agenda one is on welfare .
Delete7:47, Of course it's sad to see any business close. However, when you have your hands in so many different businesses and you lack the wisdom and experience to manage them, this is what happens. Just telling the truth here.
ReplyDeleteMy issue, (from the very beginning) goes back to the original sale agreement. It was sold with the intent of being an arts and entertainment location. As I recall they proposed a dance studio and things of that nature.
Look, it is what it is and just like Ireton, Day will do anything it takes to help his friends, even if it means it's illegal and I question if this is.
When you read the extremely VERBOSE story in yesterday's Daily Times you walk away without ANY challenge towards the legality of such a move, how convenient.
It also amazes me how the City continues to pamper the Daily Times. They continue to give tax breaks for a business who no longer prints their paper in the City. YOU taxpayers paid, (I believe) around $300,000.00 to tear down the old Daily Times building for PRMC, the group that purchased the building.
Taxpayers should be outraged. Taxpayers should put their foot down and STOP this Good Ol' Boy Network. If you ever wondered WHY Joe Albero didn't become your Mayor, look no further. I would NEVER rubber stamp anything. Open your eyes people.
Let me close with this. Boy Mayor Day is completely restructuring the City Staff. Lord knows why he is reinventing the wheel but let me tell you this, DO NOT ever apply for a job there. Some employees who have been there for almost 30 years are being terminated BEFORE they reach full retirement. The kid couldn't care less. People took less pay to go to work for a municipality for the SECURITY and guess what, you're terminated!
Freakin Liberals want $15.00 an hour for minimum wage and ACT like they truly care but in all reality it's all words and drama.
Finally, the City Council needs to look at the history of the SALE of the old Station 16 and challenge the legality of the Daily Times moving in there. Taxpayers should consider a lawsuit against the City for cheating them.
I aint no fan of yours joe bit your 1000% correct. The good ole Men are controlling the BOYS like Day this town and a ton of other towns in this state are being held back by the Thieving pos good ole boys unless its for there pockets.
DeleteWhich Council members have business knowledge 8:08 AM? Would that be April? I'm thinking her only 'business' knowledge came from her drug dealing family members
ReplyDeleteAnd welfare.
DeleteApril jackson has NO Interest in small buisness because her 197 voters are on Welfare.
DeletePeople I talk to from Kent Island to Ocean City avoid Salisbury like the plague.Commercial/retail development across the Eastern shore has negated the need to," take a ride to Salisbury" to pick up x or y. Tourists blow by Salisbury at a high rate of speed on the bypass with no real need to stop for discretionary spending.Deserved or not,Salisbury spells crime to the typical Shore resident, just ask them. The ads on TV say,"it's happening" and I had the occasion to drive through downtown and I don't see it.
ReplyDeleteJoe, what's interesting is the good ole' boy network doesn't even live within the mayor's jurisdiction. Most of those asshats live in the county but Day continues to placate them and help them feather their (and his ) nests. Salisbury residents should be outraged but most of Mayberry is the hood so its citizens don't pay attention to the criminal deeds done by City Hall. They're no less criminal than Day, only difference is the color of crime. Standard garden variety crime verses white collar. In the end, it's always the community thats the victim.
ReplyDeleteWhy are NON salusbury Citizens allowed to be able to purchase a city tax payer building ? this needs to change to have to be a min 5 year resident and NO conbections to city officials.
Delete8:25 is this a joke, are you for real? Joe, SBYNews and it's reader are screaming we need to get real businesses downtown. You come up with the cure: in order to own a business downtown one has to have to live in Salisbury a minimum of 5 year and have NO connections to city officials. Sounds like a winner to me.
Deletejoe which good ole boy owns the firehouse.
ReplyDelete@742 'ole boys'?
ReplyDelete-are they Latinos???
lol
Surely there must be something around our fair city that isn't "failing".The negativity is a raging success,we know that.Every town has businesses that either fail or succeed, which makes Salisbury no different than the rest. The malls seem to be failing nationally, and nightclubs have been hit & miss locally for a long time.Anything is better than another building sitting empty.
ReplyDeleteYour dangerously simplistic and myopic reasoning Sir is what encourages these disasters.
DeleteSo bottom line queation.. what did the owners pay for it? Dirt cheap from
ReplyDeleteCity right? And how much are they selling it for???! Great racket
$85,000 and it is a rental at present and will continue to be a rental when
DeleteDT leases it.
Gotta have some donor support for the run at State political office
ReplyDelete823 Why don't more people opt to be on the Council? It's time we quit sending criminals into our government structures. Look at what they've done to Salisbury. This whole corrupt milieu began with Barrie who used the Mayor's office as an insider-trading racket. Why wasn't she ever brought to justice for her wrongdoing and insider sweetheart deals for which she still enjoys the fruits of these backroom deals to this day? Put them away. Let them experience the ECI they so gallantly championed many years ago.
ReplyDeleteBrad and Joey are laughing all the way to the bank on this deal...
ReplyDeleteThey should be laughing there way to prison ALONG with some city officals that Allowed this ?.
DeleteSo, who gets it when the Daily Times goes out of business?
ReplyDeleteDT is leasing the building....so if the folder the owner looks for another renter. The owner, Devreco, is liable for the taxes rather it is rented or not.
DeleteBreaks my heart- when Headquarters first came, I thought- FINALLY a place to go see bands so we don't have to go up to the Avalon, or the Freeman Stage, or over to the Ram's Head in Annapolis. I was so hoping that HQ Live would bring some much needed "hip" to our area.
ReplyDeleteBut no. Poorly run. No-name acts. The same stupid drunken jerks who ruin every place around here. So, once again, Salisbury manages to run a potential bright spot into the ground.
I hate this town.
This is a shady deal and people should be sued or go to jail. To their credit though they did have "Highly Suspect" there on November 6th and by the 28th they had a song rocket to #1 on the billboard charts.
Delete8:25, I disagree. Look, anyone with brains and business sense would NEVER live within City Limits. They know that crime is through the roof. They know more Section 8 affordable housing is coming to Downtown Salisbury. They are NOT going to put their families at risk, nor will they send them to local schools.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, there's less then a hand full of people left living in the City who'd have ANY interest investing into these Boy Mayor's pipe dreams, meaning Jim Ireton and Jake Day.
You build a $14,000,000.00 Fire Palace, HELLLLOOOO! You build, (and still failing) a $140,000,000.00 waste water treatment plant, HELLLLOOOO! Who designed them? Who built them? Lift Stations swept under the rug.
Yeah, there's a certain group who cannot stand Joe Albero because I am the ONLY one out there defending and protecting YOU the taxpayers. I am the only one holding your elected officials accountable.
I believe you need outside investors to revitalize Salisbury. HOWEVER, you have to have a Master Plan, something Jake or Jim never had. Instead of having to SELL investors into a true and successful revitalization, just call in favors for Government Housing. I've seen this coming for over a decade and I've been forewarning ALL of you what was coming. It is the key reason I ran for Mayor. I wasn't kidding when I said it was your election to lose. You can rag on me all you want at times. HOWEVER, show me someone, ANYONE else who actually move INTO the City instead of running like a bat out of hell out of the City. I rest my case.
Joe if this does happen i want to see how much money these two pos make off of the city tax payers.
DeleteThe Station16 Vomunteers had a meeting last night. Did they discuss purchasing this building , going out on their own and responding out of this building again? Will the county chiefs support them also? Will Joe Morris and Dave Beach sit down with the county council again?
ReplyDeleteJoe, the answer to the question on "how long will taxpayers continue to allow elected officials to lie to you and screw you" is forever, the taxpayers don't give a shit and their lack of standing up and fighting this is more than enough proof... look at how you have them on your blog running their mouth, about how they hate taxes and hate this or that, yet never give solutions, never help and all they do is demonize someone who tries to educate them... They are to damn lazy to even look at research people have done for them and handed to them, so of course they are to lazy to stop letting the politicians lie and screw them over... It will keep on happening, becasue everything is always about money...
ReplyDeleteI mean for god sake, people won't even protest for their own rights, unless they get paid...
How many bars or restaurants have opened or closed in the last 10 to 15 years in downtown Salisbury? I can count at least 10 that comes to mind and there are probably a lot more. Everyone opens with these big ideas, overpriced food and drinks and expects just because they are there that people will show up and unload their pockets. Sorry but most people are looking for a bargain. I recall one menu were the special was half a sandwich and a cup of soup for $9.00. Slap me in the face and snatch my wallet this boy eats a whole sandwich and a bowl of soup for lunch and I can find it a lot cheaper that $9.00.
ReplyDeleteSalisbury is not NYC never has been and never will be thank god, the people that want to spend big dollars on food and drink will travel to Ocean City after all isn't that what the people that own this business do. Am I correct Palmer and Brad?
9:12, I agree with most of what you say. HOWEVER, I disagree when you say I never give them solutions, that's just wrong.
ReplyDeleteSolution #1, I ran for Mayor.
#2, sue the City. It's been done before.
#3, we support and endorse certain elected officials we feel will best represent you.
Shall I go on?
913, you got that right. Salisbury merchants think because they're downtown they can charge out the wazoo. Look at the sushi place down there. Average $30 per person for what you can go to any other sushi joint in town and get for less than half the cost. Salisbury used to be the center when the old Mall was open but since the late 80s, it ceased to be the big central for weekends. People would rather hang out in Berlin or other cute downtowns rather than the cesspool of garbage on the plaza.
ReplyDelete9:13 Daytons is open and waiting for your cheap eats fix.
ReplyDelete931 Dayton's is NOT cheap eats for what you get. They're up to par with everyone else. Overpriced, under satisfying.

ReplyDeleteOMG that is so funny, expertise? in what? working the system and ripping off the taxpayer?
It was a set up from the word go. I wonder who got paid off other than Devreco.
You'd have some work to do to convince me you'd be willing to go all risk on in support of a candidate. Things would get messy and some of your current favs may end up with some associated dirt on themselves. You'd have to be all in
ReplyDeleteI hear the Daily Times was down to two pages without the store inserts why do we need to try and reboot it? A nice antique store would be good with the different floors could be like furniture, home decorative items, and the kind of stuff people are buying now and trying to save money at the same time. Could even have an area for local crafters to set up tables.
ReplyDeleteInteresting you should say that. As I understand Daily Times will rent the entire building. However, part of the lobby area, which historically served as the equipment bays for the fire department, will be transformed into a public space for community meetings, art shows and public forums.

ReplyDeleteSalisbury doesn't have services to attract known acts to the area. People don't flock to see dueling pianos and crap like that. They want to see bands like Radiohead or Aerosmith, neither would come here because there isn't even a five-star hotel here and the Civic center can't guarantee the 20K minimum seating for their contracts. Headquarters Live couldn't attract even second or third string tour acts because of they couldn't answer the simple rider requests. Day would like to think Salisbury is some big mecca but it's far from it. Don't even have a frigging Apple store but you want big-name acts to come here. Okay!

DeleteThe Daily Mistake is a loser for Gannett. When they cut the little paper loose, they will also be forfeiting the building because their advertising isn't enough to maintain buildings and pay any staff wages enough to make a living. That's like the subprime mortgages. Selling to people you know will go into foreclosure! New Business Model of this Era.

The main reason no one wants to run for office is because it costs a fortune to get elected.
Who wants to be on the city or county council for that chicken feed they get paid and then have to put up with the abuse of cowards on here bashing them and their families anonymously!
It does not cost a fortune, but it is hard work. Debbie Campbell, Terry Cohen and Tim Spies did it. They ran for all the right reasons. They served us well and too many voters were willing to buy what Day and Ireton were selling. What a shame. It's time more decent people step up and take a turn.

If you thought that was great music then you have a taste for Sh!t!
Speaking of the firehouse Headquarters live it should have never been sold. It is a firehouse and it should have stayed a firehouse. The building was and is perfectly fine. Nothing was wrong with the building and the only issue was some spoiled brats want a new fire station. Interesting enough the new firehouse was built just a few blocks away in the ghetto and the fire department abandoned the building. It was perfect for office space an 1 engine and 1 ambulance because the Mill Street bridge is always up and impeding response times. Especially when all three duty crews and ambulance crews are at the Cypress Ghetto Station having their 5 pm dinner or their so called "training" sessions or the chief's multiple b!tch sessions.
ReplyDeleteThen the city approved building another smaller version of the $14,000,000 fire palace at the corner of Brown and Naylor Streets. Wait! There was already a fire station on the corner of Brown and Naylor Streets? That's right, they built a $6,000,000 fire palace across the street and tore the old one down. Then they tore down a perfectly good Station 2 so no one could prove that the fire station was in perfectly good shape. It didn't even need a renovation because it was renovated a short while back.
Now with that said the city and the Salisbury Fire Department is planning on breaking ground somewhere up North for a 4th fire station within the next year. And not long after that they are planning on building a 5th fire station somewhere on the East Side in the area of the Gordy Tire Mart to the Delmarva Shorebirds Stadium. That's right Jim Boi and Fake Jake have approved 2 more brand new fire stations for the Salisbury Fire Department in 2 to 4 years.
Why do you think Jake Day and Rick Hoppes are fighting the Station 1 volunteers that they kicked out of their own station across from Parkside High School? When the original Station 1 volunteers are successful in their new venture then Rick Hoppes and Jake Day won't have a need to build a new fire station on the East Side. That is why they are working overtime to shame the volunteers and make them look so much better and more important. The real renegades are the paid firemen in Salisbury!
If we had real leaders in the Salisbury City Government and the Salisbury Fire Department they would have never given up Headquarters fire station and they would have built the new Station 16 further out towards Rt. 50 and Nanticoke Road and that would have been their 4th fire station. But the reason they built the new Station 16 on Cypress Street is a who story on it's own that Joe can tell you about. Right Bill Gordy, David See, Rick Hoppes and Barrie Tilghman!!
If we had real leaders in the Salisbury City Government and the Salisbury Fire Department they would have never have torn down the old Station 2 at Brown and Naylor Streets. When the time was right they could have kept the old Station 2 and built the new station up North and that would have been their 5th fire station. Extremely poor leadership in Salisbury. Pathetic leadership in Salisbury.
Jake Day, Jim Ireton, Rick Hoppes, John Tull and Darrin Scott should step down immediately. Then hire a real fire chief that will clean house of the remaining Scum in the Salisbury Fire Department.

Waterfront expansion? Because they are too stupid to come up with a real plan for Salisbury. The leadership in Salisbury for the last 150 years has been subpar. Who in their right mind would allow waterfront property to become a ghetto? Well it was done many years ago and still exists today. Now they allowed waterfront ghetto low income condos near Brew River. Now Jake Day wants low income housing to be built near Market Street in. Jake Day is putting the final nails in Salisbury's coffin.

Nothing entertainment wise will ever be successful downtown. Jake Day can build all he wants, but he is wasting our tax dollars.
Look what happened to the Salisbury Festival and the reason it closed down because people quit going to it. Entertainment was the problem and their choice for entertainment drew nothing but ghetto thugs to downtown Salisbury and all they did was commit crime and get into gang fights with everyone. I personally complained to everyone about what the problem was and they did not listen to me. They kept hiring these African American bands to play at the Salisbury Festival and it became a crime spree with ghetto thugs going because it was free entertainment. Never did they have decent white bands playing on the main stage. One year they had Randy Lee Ashcraft playing in one of the parking lots in a small area where no one could see him. Big mistake for the leaders in Salisbury and the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce.
Don't let Jake Day ruin Salisbury any more than he has. Get him out of office as soon as you can.
What does this fiasco tell you about their plan to do a mega development on the open parking lot between the library and the downtown plaza???

Not if they are smart enough to block it off.
In reference to the Station 1 volunteers and their territory and a comment by Jake Day in the online version of the Daily Rag.
ReplyDeleteResidents, officials concerned over firefighters' plans

"Day said he is willing to give them the part of Station 1’s district that lies outside the Salisbury Bypass, but as far as the volunteers' request for territory inside the bypass, the mayor said “it’s never going to happen.”
WTF does Jake Day think he is?? WTF died and left him in charge of Wicomico County. He doesn't have one ounce of authority in Wicomico County and and county executive or county council member who caves in to this clown needs to be ran out of office!! Jake Day is using the Daily Rag to play his political games and to win over the citizens in the county by using childish scare tactics. How ironic that the Salisbury Fire Department conveniently gets a new ISO rating per today's press release from Jake Day while this is going on. I would bet my life on it that something is very fishy about that ISO press release!
I live in Nutters Crossing and I support the Station 1 volunteers and I am sick and tired of the city's games. By the way I can't ever remember their being a fire in Nutters???
It is Friday night, actually Saturday morning on May 6, 2017 and the Salisbury Fire Department Station 16 EMS was alerted to respond to Executive Club Drive in Delmar for a second call in Delmar's territory at about 1:45 AM. Delmar's ambulance was already on a call so Central had to alert next due for a serious medical emergency which was the Salisbury Fire Department Station 16 EMS. Guess what happened? The paid firemen were sleeping and slept right through the ambulance call and had to be re-alerted several times.
ReplyDeleteSo much for Salisbury's great response times that they were ragging on the Station 1 volunteers about. So much for the Salisbury Fire Departments great ISO rating of 2 which we all know was fudged by their former chief and Rick Hoppes.
Not only was Salisbury Fire Department Station 16 EMS re-alerted several times so was the paid firemen now assigned to Station 1 because the volunteers were locked out by Jake Day and Rick Hoppes. At 12:17 AM Salisbury Fire Department Station 1 EMS was alerted to respond an Ambulance to Pine Bluff Village. Guess what? It was after midnight so the paid firemen were sleeping and slept right through a call. The paid firemen at Station 1 slept right through a serious medical emergency and had to be re-alerted several times. This is a serious issue and in Ocean City the paid firemen and paramedics lost their gravy 24 hour shifts because an ambulance crew slept through a call just 1 time.
So much for Salisbury's great response times that they were ragging on the Station 1 volunteers about. So much for the Salisbury Fire Departments great ISO rating of 2 which we all know was fudged by their former chief and Rick Hoppes. So the next time you hear a paid firemen saying they are better that the volunteers in Wicomico County you can laugh your butt off. The next time you read something great about the Salisbury Fire Department in the Daily Times you will know that Susan Hargreaves Parker is in bed with Jake Day and the City of Salisbury. The next time Brian Records shows up in your neighborhood demanding that they write letters to the city and county council telling them you don't want the Station 1 volunteers you will know that the paid firemen aren't any better. The next time you hear scare tactics from Rick Hoppes and Jake Day you will know that it is just fake news. Speaking of scare tactics it's the paid firemen of the Salisbury Fire Department that you want to be scared of. They are liars, scammers and cheaters. They a scared they will lose their jobs when the volunteers take over the Station 1 fire district. You need to be more concerned about the paid firemen than you do the volunteers. The volunteers that do it for free because it is coming from their hearts and not their wallets. Be scared, be very scared of the paid firemen of the Salisbury Fire Department.
For those of you who live here, in the midst of this underperforming, dysfunctional acrimony, would you leave elsewhere to be here?

ReplyDeleteWhy is there sub-par Waterfront expansion in Salisbury?
I'll tell you why - because there has been a vacuum in Mayoral leadership for several decades. I can tell you this much - if Joe Albero had been elected as Salisbury's Mayor - Salisbury/Wicomico would by now have reaped economic benefits like it has never experienced before. You think Trump is GOD's gift for US job generation - well I can tell you first hand that knowing Albero's energy level Salisbury/Wicomico would have set a tone that would be off the Richter scale.
TOLD YOU SO! This was an utterly ignorant asinine idea to begin with and anyone who thinks otherwise is nothing more then a fool. How funny it was to watch Day, Ireton and the rest of the failures get themselves all jazzed up over this idea-the dumbest one of the decade. Day the "urban planner" should be demanding his money back for a "degree" that has only proved to be a complete waste of money. A fool is born every second. It's been said by these low IQ nothings "build and they will come." That's NOT the way it works but unfortunately there seems to be much dishonesty going on. Either they are a dumb as rocks or as crooked and dishonest as their democrat idols. The ONLY thing that needs to be done to revitalize the area is for good paying jobs to come to the ares. That's it. It's that simple. After that everything else will fall into place. This group is no better then thieves. Giving away tax payers property for pennies on the dollar. Shame on them and if they were raised with any decency and morals they would be ashamed. What needs to be done is to start electing honest smart people to offices and get rid of the smelly trash cans that current doing nothing more then screw the tax payers.
ReplyDeleteAmen!
DeleteCan you single out even one "enlightened one" within the current pol crowd? Maybe they need to step out to challenge

Learn the truth.
It happens in every town and city in the US and plenty of other countries.
The free masons would not have Day, Gilkerson or Gillis

ReplyDeleteAlcohol is not the only thing being sold to underage patrons. They hire "security" with extensive criminal backgrounds so then it just becomes another drug market. Ask Hobbs
ReplyDelete8:25, its called free enterprise.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with what someone before said about Debbie Campbell, Tim Spies and Terry Cohen. They ran and served for the right reasons. They were abused by the likes of Jim Ireton, Barrie Tilghman, Mike Dunn and Gary Comegys. But they hung in there and tried to do right by the people. Debbie knew her stuff inside out about housing and finance. Tim saved the taxpayers tons on recycling, even after he left office. Terry had a great marketing head on her shoulders and had good ideas about development.
ReplyDeleteThe taxpayers let them down, let Joe down, let the city down. They stopped showing up to support them. They won't get the brains and integrity of those three again.
