    We were instructed not to use the OK sign, among others, during Operation Desert Shiel/Desert Storm because that sign represents the Devil to the Muslim/Middle-Eastern culture. I promptly said "OK" every chance that I got, and showed the bottom of my boots, and took their pictures too! Another taboo.
