Georgia 6th was a non partisan primary election. In order for a candidate to win the seat out right said candidate would have had to have won by 50% plus one vote. That didn't happen. The two candidate that had the highest percentage of votes (Jon Ossoff (D) Karen Handel (R)) will compete for the office in a run off election or 06 20 2017.
A little off subject , but I'll ask anyway , does anyone know who won the election in Georgia , the GOP was worried that the young democrat would win?
ReplyDeleteAnother election will be held on June 20, 2017 in order to determine the winner in Georgia..
