The Radio Shack on College Avenue is already closed. I think that was the last one in Salisbury. Not looking for Sears or Kmart to be in Salisbury much longer either.
ReplyDeletewow...all I know is I don't shop by myself anywhere in this area. must have friend with me and that isn't always possible...sooooo I shop online. didn't want to do this, but I find more and more this is what I do. just trying to protect myself because I certainly don't feel safe anymore.

Those clothing stores could improve a lot by carrying Ivanka Trump Clothing!!!! BUT, they want to be political correct and its killing their business.....

ReplyDeleteThese stores are overpriced and sometimes just don't have clothing I like. I'm too fat for junior sized clothing and tiny shorts.
ReplyDeleteI have to be honest. When I attempt to find something in the local stores about 70% of the time it's a wild goose chase OR I'm told they have what I want but I'll have to order it online. Might as well save myself some aggravation and make my purchase online from the get go.
ReplyDeleteWhen someone comments that they don't feel safe shopping in this town you really should consider your grandmother for just a second. Don't think people are typing this to be smart. There is a segment of this community that is over 65 and frightened. If you are old and maybe somewhat ill...use a cane...or limp....you are a target. If you don't believe that...ask the first gray haired lady in the mall who will speak to you ....if she doesn't faint first.
