    If he is mentally ill, then why did the courts sentence him to 18 months for assault in 2011.

    Being mentally ill doesn't automatically mean that a person isn't responsible for or fail to understand the crime.

    He has been staying in our towns baseball fields. He sleeps in the dugouts.

    he's very thin because he works for the county, pay is very low but he is scheduled to move into upper mgt real soon

    624 is right, if he can sell come curtains and chairs from the civic center when the supervisors are on break, he can fatten up in no time

    I went to school with him since 1st grade. He came from nothing..he is challenged. He isn't a threat to anyone's safety.
