    What is the maximum speed the carts can travel? Are the carts regulated to that speed or can they just go as fast as desired?

    Notice the government control! I am tired of gov telling me what I can and can't do! This is why we have President Trump. I doubt the $25 charge would stand up in a real court room that adheres to the Constitution
