The ironic hubris of posting a snarky sign directed to insults at atheists.... based on a holiday that Christians appropriated from pagans, just like Christmas.. Easter's origins are not Christian, but pagan.
ReplyDeleteIt is a holiday celebrating life and fertility... hence bunnies and eggs and feasting. A spring time celebration.
I mean, seriously... there is not a shred of credible evidence for the resurrection. The gall to stand up and mock others when your emperor wears no clothes is astonishing.
I would rather believe there is God and find out there isn't, than not believe and find out there is.
