Incident: DUI Enforcement
Date of Incident: 17 March 2017
Location: Wicomico County
Narrative: On 17 March 2017, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Salisbury Police Department and Fruitland Police Department participated in a multi-agency initiative targeting those drivers who got behind the wheel after having too much to drink. A total of 49 vehicles were stopped during this operation with 5 drivers investigated for the possibility of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. The enforcement results for this operation were:
Arrested for DUI:

Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 17 March 2017
Location: Wicomico County
Suspect: Wyand Luke Lehman, 21, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 17 March 2017 at 10:15 AM a deputy arrested Wyand Lehman on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Lehman violated the terms of his probation on a Rape and Sexual Offense case.
Lehman was detained in the Detention Center on a bond of $25,000.00 pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court judge.

Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 17 March 2017

Suspect: Megan Renee White, 23, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 17 March 2017 at 1:25 PM a deputy arrested Megan White on a District Court Bench Warrant. The bench warrant was issued after White failed to comply with conditions in her case that were set by a District Court Judge.
White was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, White was detained without bond in the Detention Center.

Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 18 March 2017
Location: Cornish Street at West Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Tyrelle Edwin Moss, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 18 March 2017 at 3:41 PM a deputy observed a subject he recognized as Tyrelle Moss and was aware of an open warrant for Moss’ arrest. The deputy took Moss into custody and discovered that he was in possession of Oxycodone pills. The deputy located the pills in Moss’ pocket without a prescription bottle.
Moss was wanted on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued in a Firearm Possession case
The deputy transported Moss to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner for both the CDS charge and the warrant. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Moss in the Detention Center without bond
