ReplyDeleteWatching the unWashington DC Channel 5 here in OC, they sure didn't get the STORM OF THE CENTURY....few inches, but non-stop silly coverage. So much hype and men/women on the street. Sheesh!

ReplyDeleteDo you need a driver's license to drive a moped in Maryland?
A Class M motorcycle license is not required. However, each individual operating a moped or a motor scooter on any roadway in Maryland must have a driver license of some class issued in this state or from his or her state of residency. A moped operator's permit issued to the individual is also valid.
TRUST me if cops pulled 10 of these guys over 7 would have NO LIC because of DWIs.

ReplyDeleteactually you can tell he's not very good at making choices, hence riding a moped in the rain with a 12 pack. most likely just about on par with every other choice he's made in his life. hence his current predicament, life's hard and if you are stupid it's harder! prolly voted for hillary too!
