JUST IN: 7 Baltimore Police Officers Charged In Racketeering Conspiracy
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Seven Baltimore City police officers have been arrested and indicted for a racketeering conspiracy, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
Offenses include allegedly robbing victims, filing false affidavits, and making fraudulent overtime claims. One of the officers is also charged in a separate drug distribution indictment.
A press conference will be held at 11:15 a.m. at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Baltimore.
Going to Myrtle Beach and charging overtime - WOW. No sense whatsoever. I'd have a talk with personnel, wondering WTH happened with the hiring practices of these NOW criminals! 6 out of 7 are in their 30's.
what's the problem? they decided to keep a bit of what they steal from us the taxpayers? They are use to robbing us at gunpoint. Guess they got greedy! promotion for thinking outside the box? or just move on to another unsuspecting community and perpetuate their crimes? think it's time yet for a National database for bad kops? Teachers, doctors, priests all have one, and they aren't given guns!
LOL sounds like Mosby family. Her relatives that were all cops including mother and grandfather and others were all crooked. The lying skank campaigned on being from a family of cops but what she (typical of liars like her)failed to mention was they were crooked. A journalist from the Boston area where the lying skank came from tipped off a Baltimore reporter about them.
My good friend and lacrosse teammate was the previous chief of police in B-town. It was a well run organization under Freddie B's leadership. It went downhill after he retired. We need more men like him.
