    Up to a 20% solution of salt and water to plump those birds up and increase the price per pound to the consumer by 20%. It's the modern day equivalent of the butcher's thumb on the scales.

    If the only purpose for that injection is to increase the weight, then someone should go to jail for fraud. But they aren't the only ones......Bumble Bee tuna is 20% water, too.
