No attempted murder???? WTF? Assault? Was he shooting with an "assault" weapon, or just a harmless 9mm pistol with hollow points?
ReplyDeleteMust be a spd charge .
DeleteHe needs a neck tattoo before the next mugshot to replace the hickey his cousin gave him.
ReplyDeleteWboc did this story bid stated they were not identifying the suspect because he was a juvenile even though charged as an adult but have no problem identifying sexual assault victim....
ReplyDeleteI would have called 911 and told them to retrieve the body from my yard. No way would I have "retreated." I have guns stored, and I have personal defense weapons HIDDEN where they can be retrieved quickly. Like a gun shop, if someone breaks into my home, it will be assumed that they have found my stored guns and are armed. If they are shooting at me, I will be shooting back...and with my training, I won't be likely to miss.
