  1. I remember when SPD became accredited crime has gotten worse ever since it seems to have bound their hands through fiscal intimidation ever since.

  2. They're not going to like the responses they get!
I feel safer in Baltimore anymore than Slumsbury!

  3. I sure hope I get one. But you know that the so called "random" is not random. They are going to send to people like Jake and City Council to get positive feedback. If they want a true picture of the department start by asking retired officers or officers who left to go elsewhere about internal operations. Then talk to informal community leaders who will paint the true picture. Come on Joe, we need you as Mayor so you can fix the issues with SPD. You know what or should I say Who they are........Bye Bye Jake.... Failed to do what you said you would do unlike Trump

  4. All they need to do is read the comments here on sbynews about any police article. The town despises its cops because they lie, cheat, and steal burt never lower crime. Doesn't matter what agency gives you "accreditation" if the people in your own town don't think you are doing your job. You can give yourselves all the awards you want, until the crime stops and the police act like professionals, the public will never approve of your fake awards or give a crap about you. Respect is earned, not demanded with a gun and badge. Do your jobs and maybe you will get the best rewards, the publics support and backing and a true sense of pride you can be proud of. Not your phony awards given to all police depts so they can say we're "accredited ".
