Yes. Yes. I will admit that going into the halftime show I was pretty much determined not to like it very much. But when she began with singing a medley of songs that were tributes to America, she roped me in. She did a great show. How refreshing it was to see a pop star of her magnitude - on a world stage - sing praises to our country - and not take any political stand (for either side). Lady Gaga had a new fan in me.
No, I watched a movie instead. I don't party on Sunday's when you have to get up for work the next day, and I didn't want watch a lot of political BS on the commercials and the half time show. I heard the half time show didn't turn out to be political. I'm not a big fan of football either.
Watched to the first half. We did not watch the half time show not being fans of GaGa. Now we are sorry we missed the show and the second half based on comments above.
1-No 2-No 3-Didn't see it Haven't watched 2 minutes of football since the Colin Kaperyack kneeling down incident. Don't intend to either. I'll watch basketball and baseball, where the players at least act patriotic.
Yes Yes I am so glad that Lady GaGa only did her performance and kept politics out. It was so nice to see someone in entertainment think of others first.
Good game, I was hoping Atlanta would win but it was an exciting game and like a lot of announcers said never bet against Tom Brady. Really Great half time show she proved she's a true American.

I definitely don't want this Softie on my team! He is a fricken weakling.
Yes, I watched the Superbowl. Yes, I watched the halftime show. I could take it or leave it. When Lady Gaga sang the line about "staying" and hugged what looked like a Mexican woman, it looked like she was trying to make a statement.
Are you people kidding?? Gaga was expressing her political feelings BY THOSE VERY SONGS YOU BOZOS THINK ARE SO PATRIOTIC!! Don't you know the history of This Land is Your Land by Woodie Guthrie???? I'm so glad I wasn't educated on the Eastern Shore... sigh... It's a beautiful place, but oh my, people do NOT think for themselves.
No, no, and I don't know.
ReplyDeleteI watched 1/2 of the game
ReplyDeleteI did watch most of the half time show
I liked the half time show even though I'm over 70 (That Lady is hot!)
Its a man.
DeleteYes, Yes, Yes
ReplyDeleteDisrespecting our anthem by the 3 women.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what that means. Luke Bryan sang the anthem - and nailed it.
DeleteThat wasn't our national anthem, that was America the Beautiful, are you still offended, or do you feel better now?
DeleteA trifecta of "no" here

The half time show was okay but I am not really impressed by Lady GaGa.
Didn't care for lady blah blah but at least she kept her politics to herself.
ReplyDeleteYes. No. No. I refuse to watch things like lady gaga. Watching her would make me worse off than better off. I won't fill my mind with vile crap.
ReplyDeleteYes Yes only the very beginning
ReplyDeleteNo, no, and N/A.
ReplyDeleteAfter last year's half-time cop-hating thugette combined with the players disrespect for our country, I'm glad I am no longer a sports-junkie!

I think the NFL got the message by so much being said on Social Media that they told that tramp she had to back off the Halftime show.

Do these half time performers realize it is ok to put on clothes, and not strut around in what looks like glittery underwear?! LOL!
ReplyDeletePut some country performers on there for once!! It's been a while!
