ReplyDeleteI crossed paths with the individual (leslie) named in this suit. He was very shady back then and I voiced my displeasure with his bosses but since they where the guys who ran an operation out of california back in the 90's. that put one in the ground. they didn't see the problems he was capable of.
Where's the FAA in all of this? issuing different certificates for separate entities means each has to have access to the necessary tools to accomplish the work. And if the entities didn't have certificates then that's a whole nother issue. Any federal monies involved? Wasn't he working out of a hangar at wallops? again a technically federal (NAVY) base? Felonies?
you would be surprised at what some individuals will do when egos and large sums of money are at stake! Leslie always and visions of grandeur. most crazies do!

Obviously it only affects you and 9:08 PM whom I assume are the same person. Like another said earlier WTF CARES!
11:49 it doesn't affect me or you, but it does leave a whole lot of questions unanswered like how such an entity can operate this way under the nose of the feds. just because it doesn't directly affect you doesn't mean it isn't news worthy! you really should get off this peninsula once in a while and expand your horizons. let me bring this to a level even you can understand, airplanes fly and so do chickens, that ought to help you relate to it!
ReplyDeleteWalton is an ego maniac who blew millions and screwed lots of workers and small businesses. He is the modern day version of a lower shore snake oil salesman. I pray they strip him of all FAA certificates,make him pay from his secreted funds and lock him up.
ReplyDeleteAllegedly, Randy Knoblock in sussex county is being sued as well. Many of us know he was Madoff Walton's number 1 go to assistant. Walton paid this alleged Drunk 275k per year. Walton's accountant, soon to be deposed, allegedly claims in excess of 7 million USD spent on personal items by Madoff Walton.
