A Viewer Writes: Worcester County Circuit Court Judge Brian Shockley also imposed on Rollins a 90-day jail sentence with all time suspended, 100 hours of community service, a $1,000 fine, and mental health counseling.

  1. I don't agree with this at all. He should have spent some time behind bars. He has been sucking off the tax payers for months and not doing anything but collecting a paycheck. A $1,000 fine is nothing and the mental health requirement is a joke.

  7. WHeres the sex offender registry requirement? He was flashing himself at a condo with children able to see him. That was ordinary Joe he be on the sexual predator list. Just a perv with a title and a slap on the wrist!
