Dramatic moment shop owner shoots and kills armed burglar

Shocking video reveals the fatal 13 second shootout between a convenience store clerk and a burglar.

Emmanuel Henry, 22, was shot and killed Tuesday during an attempt to rob Happy's Package, a convenience store northwest of Atlanta.

The video shows Henry calmly walking into the store then leaping behind the counter where he threatened the clerk for cash.

    Swift and "final" due process. No lengthy trial, no plea bargains, no expense to the taxpayer, and an end to a ne'er do well.

    Maryland likes it the other way, property owners are supposed to be victims. If they were really for the honest citizen, they would pass concealed carry for us.
