You Can't Even Give The Daily Times Away

When you go into the Berlin WalMart you'll find the Daily Times display along with all the FREE newspapers and magazines. You see, if it's not rung up from its bar code, WalMart doesn't have to pay the Daily Times. Mind you, this is just before you walk out the door.
