'We Cannot Allow Our Democracy ‘To Be Subverted by the Dark Operations of a Foreign Regime’
During a speech before the House of Representatives on Tuesday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said:
"..our responsibility is also to secure our democracy. Our founders pledged their sacred honor to create a democracy, a government of the many, not a government of the money. Now our sacred trust is to keep that covenant. We cannot permit our democracy to be suborned by the checkbooks of the powerful or be subverted by the dark operations of a foreign regime."
If that be the case then two solutions: 1) Term limits, this accomplishes two things, one it limits the amount of power a politician can acquire and secondly makes our government of the many and not the few. 2) Limits on the amount of money any politician can raise to run their campaign this levels the playing field for getting your message out and would reduce the influence corporations or individuals would have over politicians.
Wealthy criminal. Daughter of crooked Baltimore mayor. Her brother was a crooked mayor there also. Shepherded legislation that favored business interests of her wealthy husband. Her Botox has permeated what few brains she had.
Empty words. The American People have spoken. George Soros and his group of billionaire liberals are meeting and preparing to fight the Republicans from undoing their liberal globalist push for the past 8 years. Let them keep spending their billions and let the true Americans keep voting out the liberal commies.

Exactly right 6:32PM, A 'democracy' is simply majority rule.., think lynch mob or 1000 muslim soldiers fighting with police at a New Years celebration. We are a Constitutionally driven Democratic Republic, with laws that prevent 'democracy lynch mobs'.., and we're working on the muslim problem. So repeat it until you understand it.., "We are a 'Democratic Republic'.., we are a 'Democratic Republic., we are..."
