White, Kevin L.
Incident: Possession of a Stolen Handgun
Date of Incident: 29 January 2017
Location: 600 block of Cook Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kevin L. White, 41, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 29 January 2016 at 10:40 PM, a deputy responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 600 block of Cook Drive in Salisbury. Upon arrival, the deputy met the individuals involved including Kevin White. While on scene the deputy observed that White was shouting and acting in a disorderly manner. The deputy would observe White in possession of a small zip up bag that was open and furthermore observed what the deputy recognized as a handgun in this bag
Upon inspection of the handgun the deputy discovered that not only was it loaded, but that it had been reported stolen in Delaware. A subsequent check of White’s background revealed that he was prohibited from possession of a firearm due to a previous criminal conviction.
The deputy placed White under arrest and he was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained White in the Detention Center without bond
Charges: Possession of a concealed deadly weapon, Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Disorderly Conduct.


Wixon, Kendall
Incident: Wanted Subject
Date of Incident: 28 January 2017
Location: 1600 block of Waconia Drive, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kendall Chloe Wixon, 28, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 January 2016 at 12:16 PM a deputy responded to an address in the 1600 block of Waconia Drive and located a wanted subject, Kendall Wixon, there. Wixon was being sought on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case.
The deputy placed Wixon under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, Wixon was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.

Briddelle, Spencer
Incident: Wanted Subject
Date of Incident: 27 January 2017
Location: Regnault Street and Richardson Avenue, Willards, MD
Suspect: Spencer Jean Briddelle, 26, Delmar, DE
Narrative: On 27 January 2016 at 3:23 PM a deputy was conducting traffic enforcement in the town of Willards when he stopped a vehicle operated by Spencer Briddelle. Upon stopping the vehicle, the deputy discovered that Briddelle was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued back in 2014 after Briddelle failed to appear for a theft case.
The deputy placed Briddelle under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, Briddelle was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Failure to Appear

  1. Wanted for Failure to Appear, and then released on Personal Recognizance.

    Should be entrusted to DNR since it's just Catch & Release.

Exactly waste of tax payers dollars wanted so bad then let go all i see on case search is postpone another date postpone another date postpone i can keep going i have a 10yr old daughter mother commits felonies vilotaes after parole several x and still nothing they cant get $ from her shes a welfare quack for decades they no it and still my daughter had to see her 4x a month and our system is great
