8:48, it is people not paying attention plain and simple. The "I'm in a hurry and I am more important than you" attitude that a lot of drivers have around here.
So the only two cars on the road at that time somehow run into one another. Wow. I hope no one was injured but still, wow.

I don't get it either. Plenty of visibility; just can't believe so many are so distracted. Frightening.

ReplyDeletethere are lots of 'warning strips' there to draw attention; still these drivers don't slow down and don't pay extra attention. WHY???
