    i usually don't complain about these decisions but the roads are FINE. no accumulation on them at all and conditions are actually IMPROVING, not declining as was stated in the message. 2 hr delay was adequate

    7:54 Actually they are not fine. The back roads that these kids live on, are starting to accumulate and ice over.

    Driving down Route 13 is not an overall sampling of road conditions.

    But thank you for your expert opinion.

    I just helped a farm truck out of ditch in front of my house, so I know the roads are not the best right now.
