I've been seeing headlines over the past few days saying that the black folks are finally starting to realize how they've been had by the democrats and they're opening up to voting for others.
I sure hope this is real, and that they will open up to the idea that all white people are NOT like their democrat oppressors.
They have been held in slavery for generations by a party that has blocked their progress in education, held them in poverty and lied to them about almost everything.
If I was black, I would be mad too.
To my black brothers and sisters: if you really study history you will see that we conservatives have been trying to help you for a long time. For real. It isn't us that's trying to wipe out the black race with abortion and poverty.
Take a good, careful look at where you are and what is being done to you, and try to open your heart to listen to what we are offering you-- an opportunity to have a real life of your own, where you're not beholden to somebody to keep your handouts coming.
One of the biggest lies that's ever been told to you is the idea that you can't make it without government handouts and preferences.
You CAN!! All you need is a good opportunity.. a good education, a good job, and a decent place to live.
Most black folks I know are very decent people. I'm praying you will soon be able to feel the same way about us, because these divisions between us have really hurt us all.
Let's work together to fix what's wrong and get rid of those who are keeping us from being One Nation Under God.

Trump vs. Hillary: a Summation by Paul Craig Roberts
The US presidential election this November will tell whether a majority of the US population is irredeemably stupid. If voters elect Hillary, we will know that Americans are stupid beyond redemption.
We don’t know much about Trump, and anti-Trump propaganda rules in the place of facts.
But we know many facts about Hillary. We know about her violation of classification laws and the refusal of the Democratic administration to do anything about it. The Democrats prefer to control the White House than to enforce the law, another nail in the coffin in which the rule of law in the US lies.
We know from their words and deeds and material success that the Clintons are agents for Wall Street, the Big Banks, the military/security complex, Israel, agribusiness, and the extractive industries. Their large personal fortune, approximately $120 million, and the $1,600 million in their foundation, much of which came from abroad in exchange for political favors, attests to the unchallengable fact that the Clintons are agents for the oligarchy that rules America, indeed, that rules the American Empire from Australia and Japan, through North America and Western and Eastern Europe to the Russian border.

U.S. Flag.......Banned
Rush Limbaugh has been warning about this from some time – that leftists are out to eliminate the red, white and blue of Old Glory and brand our flag as oppressive and racist. After all, look how quickly they got rid of the Confederate flag?
Our nation is in the midst of a national discussion over this very issue as we speak.
As you know, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s refusal to stand for the National Anthem because he says “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”
So to some, the Stars and Stripes have already become offensive. A “trigger” that encroaches on delicate snowflakes’ safe spaces. It must be banned.
And if you think that’s a crazy tinfoil hat theory, think again.
It’s already happening.

Imagining Hillary Clinton as president
”At long last,” she thinks. “My time has come. They’re now all here, fighting for me.”
And with that, her first orders in the White House will be to strip and replace the telecommunications system. Yes, she and Bill did that in the early 1990s, but surely it’s become outdated. Plus, there’s always been that lurking suspicion that someone’s tapping their phone calls.
“The Obama’s are technically on our side, but they’ve never really trusted us,” she thinks. “The way Obama denied Sidney Blumenthal a job at State — he was my personal friend and that was my call to make. Plus, they’ve always been suspicious of our great charity work, its best they remain on the outside.”

Hillary’s health: Emails show Clinton obsessed with sleep, “exotic drugs”
Clinton herself says she's "chronically exhausted". Her staff calls her a "champion napper"
So is Hillary Clinton sick? It’s a fair question. I’m not just talking about those endless coughing fits, and that she always needs to be propped up on pillows when she sits, and requires help standing or climbing stairs.
Four years ago, she had a concussion, and a blood clot in her brain sent her to the hospital. Later, her head was still so injured that she was seeing double. That’s why she wore those Fresnel prism glasses: to counter double-vision.
Have you seen that video of her apparently having a seizure while being asked a question? The Clinton spin doctors say that’s just a joke. Really?

Trump thinks NSA has Clinton's deleted emails
"I hear the NSA maybe has the emails," Trump said in a phone interview on Fox News' "On The Record."
"A lot of people say the NSA would have the emails if they really wanted to get them."
Clinton deleted more than 30,000 emails from the personal email server she used while secretary of State.
On Friday, a federal judge ordered the State Department to begin releasing by Sept. 13 any relevant emails found among the 15,000 recovered during the FBI's investigation of the private server Clinton used. What those messages contain, however, or how many will be released is unclear.
Trump said she deleted the emails because she knew they contained "very, very bad" evidence against her.

WikiLeaks' Julian Assange: Hillary Clinton's 'elite immunity' protects her from prosecution
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told “Fox and Friends” on Friday that Hillary Clinton is targeted by his organization is because “elite immunity” protects her from prosecution.
Mr. Assange told Fox’s Brian Kilmeade that he inserts himself into U.S. politics because powerful circles band together to shield elites in Washington, D.C.
“Hillary Clinton is not the only one who has elite immunity,” Mr. Assangeadded while speaking from the Ecuadorean Embassy in London. “Yes, it’s because of the size of her network, the amount of cronyistic influences she’s developed, she’s a hard target for people to tackle. She can affect them back. You also see no one from the National Security Agency was prosecuted as a result of Edward Snowden’s disclosures.”
Mr. Assange said the most “shocking” information he has learned about the former secretary of state is yet to come. When the “Fox and Friends” panel asked him about Mr. Trump’s campaign, he said it was difficult to release anything that was more damaging to the man than what he says publicly on a daily basis.

Gene Wilder, ‘Willy Wonka’ Star and Comedic Icon, Dies at 83
Gene Wilder, who regularly stole the show in such comedic gems as “The Producers,” “Blazing Saddles,” “Young Frankenstein,” “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” and “Stir Crazy,” died Monday at his home in Stamford, Conn. His nephew Jordan Walker-Pearlman said he died of complications from Alzheimer’s disease. He was 83.
His nephew said in a statement, “We understand for all the emotional and physical challenges this situation presented we have been among the lucky ones — this illness-pirate, unlike in so many cases, never stole his ability to recognize those that were closest to him, nor took command of his central-gentle-life affirming core personality. The decision to wait until this time to disclose his condition wasn’t vanity, but more so that the countless young children that would smile or call out to him “there’s Willy Wonka,” would not have to be then exposed to an adult referencing illness or trouble and causing delight to travel to worry, disappointment or confusion. He simply couldn’t bear the idea of one less smile in the world.
He continued to enjoy art, music, and kissing with his leading lady of the last twenty-five years, Karen. He danced down a church aisle at a wedding as parent of the groom and ring bearer, held countless afternoon movie western marathons and delighted in the the company of beloved ones.”

Trump Retaliates on ‘predator’ Clinton with Devastating Video
And she can kiss those black votes goodbye!
If you come after Donald Trump, he’ll come right back at you — only twice as hard.
That rule was confirmed in spades Friday when the Republican presidential nominee responded to Hillary Clinton’s claim that he’s a racist and white supremacist, and he used her own words to do it.
He put together a video montage of the former secretary of state and posted it to his Facebook page under the heading, “The Clinton’s are the real predators…”

Black Lives Matter “achievement” they’d rather NOT mention…
Remember all those Black Lives Matter protests at Mizzou — the University of Missouri — not that long ago? The one where the protesters were demanding the president of the institution be removed because the school was a hotbed of racism?
Well, the school is paying the ultimate price for those events.
According to the Daily Caller, The University of Missouri’s (MU) flagship Columbia campus has officially lost a staggering 23 percent of its freshman class this year, an even worse figure than administrators initially predicted in the wake of major racial strife.
he big enrollment drop at MU has been brewing for months, but finally became a reality this week with the start of fall term on campus. MU’s freshman class this year has some 4,799 students, a drop of over 1,400 from last year, when freshmen numbered 6,211. Overall enrollment is down by over 2,200, a drop of about 7 percent, according to preliminary numbers released by the school.
The drop is even worse than officials at the school were predicting last spring. In March, interim chancellor Hank Foley warned the school was facing a drop of 1,500 students.

Close All Mosques, Ban Koran; Poll-Leading Dutch 'Freedom' Party Unveils De-Islamization Manifesto
Geert Wilders, head of the right-wing Dutch Freedom Party (PVV), launched a new manifesto that calls for the "de-Islamization" of the Netherlands" as he leads in the polls to become the next prime minister.
Titled, "The Netherlands is ours again," Wilders published the one page, 11 point screed on Thursday, highlighting the party’s hard-line positions on Islam...
The document, published ahead of a general election in March, calls for the closure of all mosques and Islamic schools, a ban on the Koran, and “no more immigrants from Islamic countries.” A ban on “Islamic headscarves” in public is also proposed, as well as the prohibition of all “Islamic expressions which violate public order.” All these measures will, Wilders argues, save the country €7.2 bn (US$8bn).

It's the Supreme Court, Stupid!
In the early days of Bill Clinton’s campaign to oust President George Herbert Walker Bush from the White House in 1992, his campaign strategists concocted a slogan that defined Bush as a failure and set the guardrails for the Democrats’ entire campaign: “It’s the economy, stupid.”
It stuck, and as they say, the rest is history.
Let’s cut to the chase. Donald Trump is changing his position on illegal immigration. I, Tom Tancredo, the man who has championed border controls and immigration enforcement more than any other national figure, say: no big deal. It’s the Supreme Court, stupid!

Physician ADMITS Aborted Baby Parts Dissected in High School Workshop
The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and an abortion clinic, Southwestern Women’s Options, have been collaborating together to use aborted baby parts and tissue for high school students to dissect in summer camps, alleges the U.S. House Select Panel on Infant Lives….
and a new video has just surfaced to confirm it.
Marcie May, of the New Mexico Alliance for Life, attended a University of New Mexico Health Science Center meeting on August 16 where officials were discussing the disposal of human baby body parts.
After the meeting, she questions a Dr. Paul Roth, chancellor of the UNM and dean of the School of Medicine, saying, “Can I ask you to repeat what you said before about the workshop with UNM fetal remains with high school students?” She tells him he is being recorded.
Roth coolly confirms, “Yes, we had a faculty member who obtained some tissue, and during one of these summer workshops, uh, dissected I think one or two fetal brains.”

Is This Hillary Clinton's Roadmap For America?
As Conservative Review's Jen Kuznicki explains, in 1993, the president of Wellesley College approved a new rule upon being contacted by Bill Clinton’s White House. The rule stated that all senior theses written by a president or first lady of the United States would be kept under lock and key. The rule was meant to keep the public ignorant about the radical ties of the first lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton, to the radical Marxist organizer, Saul Alinsky. The 92-page thesis was titled, “There is only the fight…: An Analysis of the Alinsky Model.” The thesis became unlocked after the Clintons left the White House and is now posted online.
After being ruled by Barack Obama, another Alinskyite, for 8 years, perhaps one might think the fact that the modern Democratic Party is completely taken over by Alinskyites is old news, but the connection between Alinsky and Hillary is special.
Hillary describes Alinsky as a “neo-Hobbesian who objects to the consensual mystique surrounding political processes; for him, conflict is the route to power.” Alinsky’s central focus, she notes, is that the community organizer must understand that conflict will arise and to redirect it and, as she quoted him in her thesis, be “...dedicated to changing the character of life of a particular community [and] has an initial function of serving as an abrasive agent to rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; to fan latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expressions... to provide a channel into which they can pour their frustration of the past; to create a mechanism which can drain off underlying guilt for having accepted the previous situation for so long a time. When those who represent the status quo label you [i.e. the community organizer] as an 'agitator' they are completely correct, for that is, in one word, your function--to agitate to the point of conflict.”

A husband's confession: The three unforgettable words my wife said at our wedding
While I vividly remember many moments from my wedding day, there's one moment that still moves me, and I hope it always does.
We had an Anglican wedding ceremony, which has a lovely script, but it doesn't allow for much creativity. Our pastor did make one exception, however: Before we said our vows, he let us share the testimony of how God brought us together.
Despite Raquel's nervousness about talking in front of a large crowd, she did it calmly and confidently. And when she finished telling the story, she looked at me and said three words that have stayed with me: "I'm trusting you."

“I’ve Never Seen Anything Like This Before" - The Housing Markets In The Hamptons, Aspen And Miami Are All Crashing
One month ago, we said that "it is not looking good for the US housing market", when in the latest red flag for the US luxury real estate market, we reported that sales in the Hamptons plunged by half and home prices fell sharply in the second quarter in the ultra-wealthy enclave, New York's favorite weekend haunt for the 1%-ers.
Reuters blamed this on "stock market jitters earlier in the year" which damped the appetite to buy, however one can also blame the halt of offshore money laundering, a slowing global economy, the collapse of the petrodollar, and the drastic drop in Wall Street bonuses. In short: a sudden loss of confidence that a greater fool may emerge just around the corner, which in turn has frozen buyer interest.
We concluded this is just the beginning, and sure enough, several weeks later a similar collapse in the luxury housing segment was reported in a different part of the country. As the Denver Post reported recently, high-end sales that fuel Aspen’s $2 billion-a-year real estate market are evaporating, pushing Pitkin County’s sales volume down more than 42 percent to $546.45 million for the first half of the year from $939.91 million in the same period of 2015.
The collapse in transactions means that Aspen’s high-end real estate market "one of the most robust in the country, with dozens of options for buyers ready to spend more than $10 million" finds itself in its first-ever sustained nosedive, despite "dense summer crowds, soaring sales tax revenues and high lodging occupancy."

America’s worsening retirement problem
When a crisis ends, not everyone recovers equally. And in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, though the stock market has long recovered, there is an important group that was hit badly – and hasn’t bounced back.
This is Americans nearing retirement.
People aged 50-64 are supposed to be building wealth and getting ready for retirement. But the Congressional Budget Office released a new report on wealth last Thursday that found that median family wealth dropped for Americans aged 50-64 from around $250,000 in 2007 to just under $200,000 by 2010—and then, troublingly, continued to fall to around $150,000 in 2013. That’s a 40 percent drop in six years.
Americans aged 65 and older saw a smaller drop in the wealth during that period, closer to 10 percent, while those aged 35-49 saw a significant drop from 2007 to 2010 that has leveled off since. Americans younger than 35 typically have little wealth.

Military Intel Confirms Muslim Terrorists Entering U.S. Via Mexico
Corroborating what Judicial Watch uncovered years ago, a U.S. military intelligence report discloses that Muslim terrorists are being smuggled into the country through Mexico. The government calls them Special Interest Aliens (SIA) and Latin American smuggling networks are helping them cross the border, according to information obtained from a U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) Intelligence dispatch.
Located in Miami, Florida SOUTHCOM is one of nine unified combat commands in the Department of Defense (DOD). It’s responsible for providing contingency planning operations and security cooperation in Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. The internal assessment on SIA smuggling has not been made public, but a conservative Washington D.C. online newspaper obtained key points from the command’s J-2 intelligence directorate. A SOUTHCOM Army colonel told the paper that in 2015 more than 30,000 migrants who entered the U.S. through the southwestern border were from countries of “terrorist concern.”
The new SOUTHCOM report specifically mentions Sunni extremists, the news article states. The terrorists are using a known alien smuggling network in Latin America to reach the U.S. but the network has not been identified by military officials. “Networks that specialize in smuggling individuals from regions of terrorist concern, mainly from the Afghanistan-Pakistan region, the Middle East, and East Africa, are indeed a concern for SOUTHCOM and other interagency security partners who support our country’s national security,” a SOUTHCOM Army Colonel, Lisa A. Garcia, says in the story. “There are major hubs that serve as entry points into the region for migrants from those areas of concern attempting to enter the U.S. along our border with Mexico.”
Judicial Watch has reported for years on the critical national security threats created on the southern border by Islamic terrorists teaming up with Mexican drug cartels to infiltrate and attack the U.S.

The Right Lessons from Obamacare's Meltdown
The decision of several major insurance companies to cut their losses and withdraw from the Obamacare exchanges, combined with the failure of 70 percent of Obamacare’s health insurance “co-ops, ” will leave one in six Obamacare enrollees with only one health insurance option. If Obamacare continues on its current track, most of America may resemble Pinal County, Arizona, where no one can obtain private health insurance. Those lucky enough to obtain insurance will face ever-increasing premiums and a declining choice of providers.
Many Obamacare supporters claimed that the exchanges created a market for health insurance that would allow consumers to benefit from competition. But allowing consumers to pick from a variety of government-controlled health insurance plans is not a true market; instead it is what the great economist Ludwig von Mises called “playing market.”
Unfortunately, if not surprisingly, too many are drawing the wrong lessons from Obamacare’s difficulties. Instead of calling for a repeal of Obamacare and all other government interference in the health care market, many are calling for increased penalties on those who defy Obamacare’s individual mandate in order to force them onto the exchanges. Others are renewing the push for a “public option,” forcing private companies to compete with taxpayer-funded entities and easing the way for the adoption of a Canadian-style single payer system.

US Backed Kurdish Militias Say They Were Gassed By Turkish Forces
Elements belonging to the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) say Turkish forces have shelled their positions with chemical weapons north of the Syrian city of Manbij.
The Rojava Defense Units released photos of the aftermath of the alleged attacks Thursday, though claims that chemical weapons were used have yet to be corroborated. Turkish state media agency Anadolu confirmed Turkish forces fired upon the YPG after allegedly obtaining intelligence that Kurdish forces were advancing on the nearby city of Jarablus. Turkey and its Free Syrian Army (FSA) allies, backed by U.S. air support, took Jarablus from Islamic State forces Wednesday in Operation Euphrates Shield.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu warned that if YPG forces did not move back east of the nearby Euphrates river, they would take “necessary measures.”

'My Work As Secretary of State Was Not Influenced by Any Outside Sources'
(CNSNews.com) - "Hillary Clinton ran the State Department like a failed leader in a third-world country," Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump told a campaign rally in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday. "She sold favors and access in exchange for cash."
In a telephone interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper on Wednesday night, Democrat Hillary Clinton was asked to respond.
"Well, first, What Trump has said is ridiculous. My work as secretary of state was not influenced by any outside forces," Clinton said. "I made policy decisions based on what I thought was right, to keep Americans safe and to protect U.S. interests abroad.
"No wild political attack by Donald Trump is going to change that. And, in fact, the State Department has said itself that there is no evidence of any kind of impropriety at all."

CBO: The US Budget Can Be Balanced Without Tax Increases
It’s not a big day for normal people, but today is exciting for fiscal policy wonks because the Congressional Budget Office has released its new 10-year forecast of how much revenue Uncle Sam will collect based on current law and how much the burden of government spending will expand if policy is left on auto-pilot.
Most observers will probably focus on the fact that budget deficits are projected to grow rapidly in future years, reaching $1 trillion in 2024.
That’s not welcome news, though I think it’s far more important to focus on the disease of too much spending rather than the symptom of red ink.
But let’s temporarily set that issue aside because the really big news from the CBO report is that we have new evidence that it’s actually very simple to balance the budget without tax increases.
According to CBO’s new forecast, federal tax revenue is projected to grow by an average of 4.3 percent each year, which means receipts will jump from 3.28 trillion this year to $4.99 trillion in 2026.

Trump Promises to 'Swiftly' Remove Criminal Illegal Immigrants
“These international gangs and cartels will be a thing of the past. Their reign of terror will be over,” Trump proclaimed
DES MOINES, Iowa — Donald Trump promised to start “removing criminal illegal immigrants” on day one during his speech in Des Moines, Iowa on Saturday at Sen. Joni Ernst’s second annual Roast and Ride when he spoke to roughly two-thousand supporters.
“On Day One, I am going to begin swiftly removing criminal illegal immigrants from this country – including removing the hundreds of thousands of criminal illegal immigrants that have been released into U.S. communities under the Obama-Clinton Administration,” the Republican nominee stated.
Trump’s comments come after speculation that the New Yorker was waffling on his immigration stance — specifically on deportation. He has continuously promised to deport illegal criminals whom he calls the “bad ones.”

The Yankee Empire
Every society has a segment of its population that obsesses over totalitarian control of others. They are called “politicians” or “political activists.” (There are one or two exceptions, every now and then, such as former Congressman Ron Paul). These are people who just cannot stand the fact that many others prefer to live their own lives, abiding by the basic laws protecting life, liberty and property, and the moral codes that help to enforce such behavior. They just cannot stand the fact that so many others prefer to plan their own lives instead of having the political authorities plan their lives for them. They are often more than willing to use the coercive forces of government – including deadly force, including war – to get their way. They think of themselves as Our Superiors, God’s chosen people, or just plain smarter and more moral than everyone else. Or they are con-men and con-women out to plunder their fellow citizens to enrich themselves under the phony guise of “public service,” “democracy,” and myriad other grandiose-sounding scams.
In a lecture on institutionalized lying by government delivered at the Mises Institute, Judge Andrew Napolitano introduced his audience to the Latin phrase “libido dominande” that describes such attitudes. In Latin, it means “lust to dominate.” Now along comes Clyde Wilson with his new book, The Yankee Problem: An American Dilemma, that describes in great detail the peculiar American version of “libido dominande” that has plagued America (and the world) ever since the Pilgrims landed.
Wilson describes “Yankees” as “that peculiar ethnic group descended from New Englanders, who can be easily recognized by their arrogance, hypocrisy, greed, lack of congeniality, and penchant for ordering other people around” (emphasis added). This, of course, does not include all New Englanders and their descendants, but a rather small but dominant (and domineering) subset. “Hillary Rodham Clinton, raised a Northern Methodist in Chicago, is a museum-quality specimen of the Yankee – self-righteous, ruthless, and self-aggrandizing,” writes Wilson.

Hillary Clinton Union Support Is Under Dispute
It is unclear how much union support Hillary Clinton actually has.
Even though Jimmy Hoffa Jr. of the Teamsters union endorsed Clinton Friday, the endorsement is undercut by the fact that Hoffa is losing support within his own union.
The internal Teamsters union FAIR has been battling Hoffa from the inside, prompting a settlement with the Obama administration in 2013 that showed Hoffa himself had engaged in union-busting. In particular, Hoffa’s mismanagement of the union’s pension fund has been called “Hoffa’s Iraq” by insiders.

Sorry, Hillary: Trump’s policies are clearly better for blacks
Hillary Clinton claims that some of Donald Trump’s appeal is “xenophobic, racist, misogynistic.” On Thursday she asked, “If he doesn’t respect all Americans, how can he serve all Americans?”
But who actually cares more about blacks, in particular poor blacks?
On everything from education to jobs to crime, Trump’s policies offer a lifeline to people who have been losing ground for decades. Hillary’s policies will just exacerbate them. And no amount of speeches will change that.
On education, Trump strongly supports school choice. This would give inner-city blacks a way out of horribly performing public schools. Clinton attacks charters and clearly opposes other forms of school choice, opting to protect teachers unions at the expense of students.
And who’s harmed the most by illegal immigration? Who’s most likely to suffer unemployment or wage reductions due to the added competition? Young, unskilled blacks and Hispanics. The biggest beneficiaries? Wealthy people who get to pay less for lawn care and housecleaning.

Md. Food Bank Giveaway Goes Awry After Social Media Mayhem
HALETHORPE (WJZ) — A chaotic turn of events today for the Maryland Food Bank as an act of charity unintentionally goes viral online. WJZ’s George Solis has more as many families went home empty-handed.
The Food Bank tells WJZ they estimate they were able to help out more than a thousand families with this event. Though for anyone that was turned away today to go to their website to find other locations near them that could offer help if they need it.
Hundreds tried their hardest to make it to Saturday’s Maryland Food Bank food distribution event in Halethorpe.
A traffic backup spawned through the power of social media.

Democratic Pundits Downplay Serious Ethical Issues Raised by the Clinton Foundation
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS story this week revealing that as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton frequently met with donors to the Clinton Foundation, set off a firestorm in the media. Many Democrats and sympathetic pundits are criticizing the article — and have made the sweeping claim that, contrary to many deeply reported investigations, there is no evidence that well-heeled backers of the foundation received favorable treatment from the State Department.
While there are some legitimate criticisms of the AP story — its focus, for instance, on a Nobel Peace Prize winner meeting with Clinton distracts from the thesis of the piece — it is nonetheless a substantive investigation based on calendars that the State Department has fought to withhold from the public. The AP took the agency to court to obtain a partial release of the meeting logs. Other commentators took issue with a tweet promoting theAP piece, which they said might confuse readers because the AP story reflected private sector meetings, not overall meetings.
But in challenging the overall credibility of the AP story, Clinton surrogates and allies are going well beyond a reasoned critique in an effort to downplay the serious ethical issues raised by Clinton Foundation activities.

Employers Struggle to Fill Vacancies
Some of Indiana's local employers are struggling to fill vacancies, even as the number of jobs available continues to rise.
Despite an influx in jobs from new and expanding businesses in recent years, and ongoing efforts to further develop the county's workforce, local businesses continually face difficulties in finding people who are willing to commit to working a 40-hour week.
The Richmond Palladium-Item recently spoke with representatives of multiple local companies who said they are struggling to fill positions, even with the help of middleman staffing agencies. The biggest issues, employers said, are the work ethic, drug status and work histories of job candidates, rather than the applicants' ability to work effectively.
While Wayne County isn't alone in these issues — studies show there are many communities throughout the country that struggle with maintaining a solid workforce — the representatives say they at times feel little hope for finding people to fill positions because the candidates that do apply just aren't cutting it.
"We know there are a great number of people in our area who are qualified to do these (jobs) and they can do them admirably," said Lisa Pierson, human resources director for Primex Plastics, during a Manufacturing Matters recruitment event earlier in August. "The fact is, however, many of those potential applicants already have good, solid jobs in place."
There are many who apply for jobs at the company, she said, who seem like qualified candidates; they have passable work histories, they show up for their interview on time and answer questions professionally.
Then comes the drug test.

‘Black Men for Bernie’ Founder to End Democrat ‘Political Slavery’ of Minority Voters
Black Men for Bernie founder Bruce Carter’s mission to restore black communities didn’t end when Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders lost to Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary. He opposed Hillary Clinton and the Democratic establishment then because he knew that they didn’t represent the minority communities he engaged in politics to fight for.
After the leak of internal DNC emails, Carter is convinced that the Democratic Party “rigged” the primary against his candidate and that Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party has no intention of changing the policies that led to the destruction of the communities he’s working to improve.
Bruce Carter still believes that Hillary Clinton is the poster child for the kind of cronyism, corruption, and evil that the Bernie revolution was built to overthrow. He doesn’t believe Hillary Clinton when she labels Donald Trump and his supporters as racists because he knows she falsely labeled her opponents in the primary as sexist “Bernie Bros.” Carter’s preparing to take the experience, knowledge, and contacts his group built during the primary to campaign against Hillary Clinton and for Donald Trump and other Republicans in battleground states across the country.
Bruce Carter and Black Men for Bernie are at war with the Democratic establishment, whom he says pander for votes but haven’t delivered meaningful results to minority communities for decades.
“Donald Trump is a business man and a real estate mogul who could provide knowledge and resources to transform urban communities through the development of minority-owned businesses,” Carter said. “With this tour, we’re going to show Mr. Trump and Republicans that the black and minority communities are ready to work with anyone willing to work with us to build opportunities in businesses, employment, and housing. We don’t want welfare, we need opportunity.”

Aiding and Abedin
The Clinton family favor factory.
As Bill Clinton entered the final year of his presidency, his aides put together a legacy-building trip to South Asia—the first visit to the region by a U.S. president since Jimmy Carter's in 1978. Early drafts of the itinerary featured a notable exclusion: The president would visit India, an emerging ally, but had no plans to stop in neighboring Pakistan.
There were good reasons for this. Pervez Musharraf had seized power there in a military coup six months earlier. His regime was regarded as tolerant of Islamic radicals, perhaps even complicit in their attacks, and unhelpful on nuclear talks with India. Whatever the potential benefits to regional stability, a visit would be seen as legitimizing a troublemaker. Clinton had the support of many in the foreign policy establishment and his decision was popular among liberals in his party. In an editorial published February 18, 2000, the New York Times noted, "Pakistan has been lobbying hard in Washington"; the paper urged Clinton to stand firm, absent a return to civilian rule in the country and "concrete progress" on nukes and terror.
Four days later, Hillary Clinton weighed in. At a gathering in a private home on Staten Island, Clinton said she hoped her husband would be able to find time to visit Pakistan on his trip. That she spoke up on a matter of public controversy was interesting; where she did it was noteworthy.

One Million Muslim Migrants Under One Term of Clinton Presidency
The U.S. could resettle nearly one million immigrants from the Muslim world under one term of a Hillary Clinton presidency, according to projections from Center for Immigration Studies’ Steve Camarota.
Camarota explained that this large expansion in Muslim migration would be part of a massive increase in overall immigration, which the U.S. could experience under a President Hillary Clinton. Camarota noted that Clinton could potentially add as many as 10 million new immigrants to the U.S. during her first term alone, on top of the millions of illegal immigrants to whom she would grant immediate amnesty.
Camarota’s analysis is based on recent data from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Census Bureau. According to the most recent DHS available data, nearly 150,000 immigrants from the Muslim world permanently resettled in the U.S. in 2014. He explained:

NY Mag: Hillary's Silence on 'Clinton Cash' Could Hurt Democrats' Congressional Chances
Veteran Democrat operative Ed Kilgore warns that Hillary Clinton’s handling of “Clinton Cash” scandals regarding the Clinton Foundation could hurt down-ballot races this November.
From New York Magazine:
There are increasingly convincing indications that Hillary Clinton has made a strategic decision to stonewall on the email and Clinton Foundation controversies in hopes of “running out the clock” and winning the presidency without being forced to address sticky questions on such matters. Most of the talk right now revolves around the impact of this tactic on Clinton’s actual odds of becoming the 45th president. Is stonewalling ever smart? Would engaging with scandalmongers just validate them and help obscure the many things about Donald Trump that dwarf even the worst assumptions about Clinton?
If HRC’s campaign continues to (a) refuse to talk about emails and Foundation financing while (b) maintaining a steady but unspectacular lead in the presidential polls, then another question will surely begin to emerge: Is a too-cautious Clinton sacrificing her party’s prospects of a big landslide election that takes back Congress?

New Concerns Arise About Mental Health Of College Students
New concerns arise about the mental health of students on college campuses all across the country.
Dr. Gene Beresin, a psychiatrist and Executive Director of The Clay Center for Young Healthy Minds at Massachusetts General Hospital, says 50% to 60% of college students have a psychiatric disorder.
“What I’m including in that is the use of substances, anxiety, depression, problems with relationships, break-ups, academic problems, learning disabilities, attentional problems,” says Dr. Beresin. “If you add them all up 50% doesn’t seem that high.”
Some undergraduates at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) agree.
“People go through tough times,” says Dane Erickson, a rising junior from Naples, Florida. “It’s really stressful sometimes here at school.”
“I know a couple of friends who had a difficult first semester last year,” explains Maddie Burgoyne, a rising sophomore from Michigan.
Dr. Beresin says the suicide rate in college in astronomical. “A college student kills himself every day,” he says.

How The Hillary 'Victory Fund' Uses State Democratic Committees To Launder Money To The DNC
Is the Hillary Victory Fund using state democratic committees to launder donations from wealthy individuals to the Democratic National Committee? Evidence gathered by Bloomberg would certainly seem to suggest so.
So how does it work? Campaign finance laws specifically restrict the amount of money any single person can give toindividual candidates ($2,700), a party's various state committees ($10,000) as well as a party's national committee ($33,400). In theory, therefore, that would imply a person would be capped out at $46,100 if he contributed the max his Presidential candidate, his party's national committee and his party's state committee. But, that's just a narrow "interpretation" of the "intent" of the campaign finance laws and Hillary isn't really all about "intent"...just ask FBI Director Comey.
So, the Hillary Victory Fund has come up with a clever way to use state democratic committees (of which there are 33) as money-laundering tools to effectively increase the amount that can be contributed to the Democratic National Committee from $33,400 to $363,400 (it's only like 1,000% more than intended).
How do they do it? Well, the rules say that a single person can only contribute $10,000 to any one State. That said, theydon't restrict people from contributing $10,000 to multiple states. Moreover, there are no restrictions on transfers of funds from Democratic State Committees to the Democratic National Committee. See where we're going with this?

Big joke: Hillary Clinton’s scandals are no laughing matter
Hillary Clinton believes the latest controversies dogging the Clinton Foundation and her State Department email exchanges and meetings are simply a laughing matter. The Democratic nominee is quick to blame Donald Trump and brush off any criticism over the cozy relationship with foundation donors during her time at the State Department as partisan sniping.
Asked on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” if she was concerned about the release a new batch of her State Department emails before this fall’s debate, Mrs. Clinton responded, “No, Jimmy, my emails are so boring. And I’m embarrassed about that. They’re so boring. So we’ve already released, I don’t know, 30,000-plus, so what’s a few more?”
Mrs. Clinton took a similar approach when the FBI began investigating her private server last year. In August 2015 when reporters asked Mrs. Clinton about “wiping” her server before handing it to the FBI, she said with a laugh, “What, like with a cloth or something? I don’t know how it works digitally at all.”

Parents of ISIS hostage: Obama never donated to daughter's charity, despite vow
Despite promising the parents of Islamic State hostage victim Kayla Mueller he would donate to a foundation set up in her name, President Obama still has not contributed to the group – 17 months later.
ABC News first reported on the president’s unfulfilled pledge, as Kayla’s father Carl Mueller told the network about the president’s commitment that day.
“He says I will help that foundation. He says you won’t know, it’ll be an anonymous donation, but I will,” Carl Mueller recalled, describing the meeting with the president as he consoled the grieving family in March 2015.
Mueller said, “I’m still waiting for that donation, Mr. President.”
The White House confirmed the president has not made the donation – but said he intends to.
"The President as well as senior members of his team have praised the work of Kayla's Hands, which carries on the spirit of service and selflessness that defined Kayla. The President will continue to support the goals of the organization in different ways, including by making a donation, as pledged to the Mueller family," a White House official said in a statement Friday.

'Born This Way'?
Among leftists, it is at convenient times an accepted fact ("settled science," they might say) that homosexuals and transgendered people are "born that way" — that their sexual attractions or gender identities are not the product of choice, but a matter of genetics. (When that's not convenient, of course, it's a perfectly acceptable "life choice.")
A new report, instantly controversial, torpedoes that understanding of homosexuality and gender dysphoria, the medical term for transgenderism.
The report, entitled "Sexuality and Gender: Findings from the Biological, Psychological, and Social Sciences," is co-authored by two of the most well-respected experts on mental health and human sexuality.
Dr. Paul McHugh, described as "arguably the most important American psychiatrist of the last half century," is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and served for 25 years as psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins Hospital. And Dr. Lawrence Mayer, Psychiatry Department scholar-in-residence at Johns Hopkins University, is a professor of statistics and biostatistics at Arizona State University.
While, not surprisingly, many on the Left and in the LGBT "community" immediately raged against the report as anti-LGBT, it should be noted that Johns Hopkins was the first medical facility in the U.S. to perform sex-reassignment surgery, and did so for decades until a growing body of peer-reviewed studies, including an analysis of how Hopkins' own transgendered patients fared over time, led the hospital to end those types of surgeries.
Furthermore, McHugh is no far right-wing ideologue or Bible-thumper; he's a self-described "politically liberal" Democrat.
Yet it was his long-term experience with patients who suffer from gender dysphoria that led him to his conclusions, summarized in a report that analyzed more than 200 peer-reviewed studies. McHugh and Mayer are also very up front about what the science does and does not show. They freely admit the gaps in the available research, which they argue underscores the need for more research before establishing medical standards, public policy guidelines, and laws, based on "settled science" that is not at all settled.
So what did the study find? Here are a few excerpts:

'All the Rest of Them Are Either Sick or Dead.'
Donald Trump's physician said Friday that he typed a letter on the Republican candidate's health in only five minutes while a limousine sent by the developer waited outside his office in New York City.
"His health is excellent, especially his mental health," Dr. Harold Bornstein, who has been the Republican's physician for 35 years, told NBC News in an interview in his office on Park Avenue in Manhattan.
"I don't think he's in any better or worse than the average person that goes and exercises every single day," he said of Trump, who is 70. "Doesn't smoke, doesn't drink — and that's simply the best advantage you can have to live — and he's got a good family history."
Bornstein, who is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, added that he stood by his resounding assessment of Trump's physical state that was released in December.
"If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," Bornstein wrote.
"I like that sentence to be quite honest with you — and all the rest of them are either sick or dead," Bornstein said, referring to previous occupants of the Oval Office.

Baltimore Streams Showing Evidence Of Drugs
Gwynns Falls in Baltimore has a drug problem.
WBAL-TV 11 reports that researchers found amphetamines, opioids and morphine in the water, and that kind of pollution is having an impact on the aquatic food chain.
Most people wonder how drugs get into streams. Scientists believe the root of the problem is Baltimore's failing sewage system.
The water at Gwynns Run at Carroll Park is contaminated with caffeine, amphetamines, opioids and morphine. Scientists working with the Cary Institute of Ecosystems Studies sampled six streams in the Gwynns Falls and Oregon Ridge Watersheds.

Lt. Gen. Flynn: Terror-Linked Nations ‘Cutting Deals’ with Mexican Cartels to Enter U.S.
Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), tells Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM that countries that are known to support radical Islamic terrorism are “cutting deals” with Mexican cartels for access to human smuggling routes into the United States.
Citing photos from the U.S. Border Patrol component of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency on Friday, Gen. Flynn also told Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle, host of Breitbart News Daily, that there are signs in Arabic posted along human smuggling routes at the section of the border that lies in Texas providing directions for how to sneak into the United States.
Moreover, the former DIA chief said that the Shiite Lebanese narco-terrorist group Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy, is illegally trafficking humans, drugs, and other contraband into the United States.
His comments echo recent warnings from the U.S. military, suggesting that criminal groups in Latin America may be collaborating with Islamic extremist organizations.

Judicial Watch Statement on Ohio Court’s Ruling in Early Voting Case
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton today made the following statement in response to the ruling by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reversing a district court decision and upholding an Ohio law that shortens the state’s absentee voting period from 35 to 29 days (Ohio Democratic Party v. Husted (No. 16-3561)):
“It is rewarding that the appeals court took the position advocated by Judicial Watch and the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF). Early voting is a bad public policy that unduly burdens the taxpayers, increases the likelihood of fraud, and confuses voters,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It was absurd and dishonest to suggest that racism was behind the sensible reform of cutting back early voting from an excessive 35 days before Election Day. The Left’s attack on election integrity, in partnership with the Obama Justice Department, doesn’t bode well for a clean November election.”
In its opinion the court wrote:
[P]laintiffs complain that allowance of 29 days of early voting does not suffice under federal law. They insist that Ohio’s prior accommodation—35 days of early voting, which also created a six-day “Golden Week” opportunity for same-day registration and voting—established a federal floor that Ohio may add to but never subtract from. This is an astonishing proposition. Nearly a third of the states offer no early voting.…The issue is not whether some voter somewhere would benefit from six additional days of early voting or from the opportunity to register and vote at the same time. Rather, the issue is whether the challenged law results in a cognizable injury under the Constitution or the Voting Rights Act. We conclude that it does not.

Canadian Couple Married 62 Years Forced To Live Apart Because of Government Health Care
A Canadian couple married for 62 years si being forced to live more than 30 minutes apart since neither of their nursing home facilities can accommodate the two of them.
Wolf and Anita Gottschalk live in two different nursing homes in Surrey, British Columbia, NBC News reports. Wolf is 83 and Anita is 81.
A backlog at Anita’s care facility has caused the issue. Their family drives Anita every other day to Wolf’s facility, but the couple leaves in tears as they have to say goodbye. Their family would like to be able to have them both in Anita’s facility so they can spend more time together.
Due to health issues, the family is racing the clock:
The ordeal began in January, when Wolf was hospitalized for congestive heart failure, and then moved to Yale Road Centre, a transitional facility where the average stay is between 4 and 12 weeks, according to Fraser Health Authority. But after being hospitalized twice more for heart problems, Wolf kept getting bumped to this bottom of the wait list to go to a long-term care facility, Bartyik said. Health workers deemed him too ill to go home to his wife Anita.
Then two months ago, Anita, 81, who has a pacemaker, moved into an assisted living complex at the Residences at Morgan Heights. The complex is set up for residents with varying health needs, and Bartyik has been trying to get her grandfather moved there, even if in a different wing.

Chicago Teachers Union ‘likely’ to strike — because property tax hike isn’t big enough
CHICAGO – Chicago Public Schools approved a $5.4 billion budget for next school year that relies on three property tax hikes for local residents, but teachers union officials contend it’s not enough.
The budget will increase the district’s regular property tax levy to the maximum allowed under state law, a CPS tradition for the last two decades. But district officials also plan to tax residents specifically for capital improvements, and will impose a new tax to pump an estimated $250 million into teacher pensions, the Chicago Tribune reports.
According to the site:
CPS officials say the district’s total tax increases would cost the owner of a $250,000 home an extra $245.
The CPS tax hikes represent the latest financial pain city government has inflicted. Homeowners this month started feeling the effect of last year’s record city property tax hike to shore up police and fire pensions, a $554 annual increase for the owner of a $250,000 home that’s being phased in over four years.
The additional taxes are on top of a new $1.40 a month fee for cell phone users and landlines to pay city laborers’ pensions, as well as a proposed water and sewer tax that would increase the cost for an average user by $115.20 a year to fund a city municipal workers’ pension fund. That fee would come after the city recently doubled water and sewer rates and added a $9.50 a month garbage fee, the Tribune reports.
The “balanced” CPS budget also relies on about $30 million in concessions from the Chicago Teachers Union during the ongoing contract negotiations with the district, something union officials seem unwilling to accept, ABC 7 reports.
Union officials have threatened to walk out on students if the district pushes forward with the concessions. The CTU’s Contract Bulletin #14, sent out August 22, calls on members to prepare for a “likely” strike in mid-October.
