The suspected operator, Jonah Cramer, was located walking on a nearby roadway and was observed to have injuries consistent with being in a collision. The deputy observed that Cramer had an odor of an alcoholic beverage about him and other physical attributes that caused the deputy to suspect that Cramer was under the influence of alcohol.
