Its called a waste of time and money
It's one of those places I'd like to visit and see, along with the giant balls of string and aluminum foil.
That's what is called an "attractive nuisance," one that kids are drawn to, but is dangerous, or even deadly for them to play on. As soon as his homeowner's insurance agent sees it, his policy will be canceled.Better put a fence around it.
@9:01 every ball was either donated or collected from an alley that was going to discard them. It was his hobby! Educate yourself first please!
I'll say one thing, that man's got balls.
