On November 22, 2016 a Worcester County Grand Jury handed down an indictment for the following charges regarding a fatal motor vehicle crash that occurred in September of this year.
Gross Negligent Manslaughter
Criminally Negligent Manslaughter
Negligent Manslaughter by Automobile while Under the Influence of Alcohol
Homicide by Automobile while Impaired by Alcohol
Reckless Driving
Negligent Driving
Charged was Timothy Nicholas Gingrich 19 of Laurel, Md. and formally of Greenbackville, VA. Mr. Gingrich was the driver of a vehicle involved in a single vehicle crash in Pocomoke City on September 10, 2016. Killed in the crash was the passenger Logan Moloy 21 of Salisbury, MD.
Immediately following the crash an investigation was conducted by the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit in conjunction with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Worcester County. The investigation found that Mr. Gingrich was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and was traveling well above the 40 mile per hour speed limit.
An initial appearance has been scheduled for January 4, 2017 in the Circuit Court for Worcester County. Any inquires may be directed to Cpl Larmore of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit.
I hope when some of you clowns read this that know Taylor b Morrison this is what he should have received as well excluding the alcohol charges. It totally sucks how he's been able to continue on with life boasting and bragging after he took someone's life with his negligence

ReplyDeleteIt is a shame these children will never learn until someone's son, sister, brother etc has lost such a good child like Logan. If the law would make an example of the children that drink and drive maybe they would learn. It's a very sad situation. But, he needs to pay for his mistake - DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE
