ReplyDeleteThe Millsboro Police Department contacts the Delaware State Police to investigate a "homicide" for them? If the Millsboro Police can't do their own investigations then maybe there shouldn't be a Millsboro Police Department.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Millsboro should levy an new tax to purchase the technology and experts that the DSP already has and will provide free of charge. Will that be ok with you 6:57?
