ReplyDeleteShe came from Georgetown to Salisbury because she knows Salisbury is WEAK on criminal prosecution. There is no fear of jail time. If the courts would lock these people up and give them maximum sentences, we wouldn't have this problem.

ReplyDeleteNot that I condone shoplifting, however I wonder the reason older people steal. How much does she get a month? Is the reason they can't afford food cause they have medications, or vice versa.
