Former Maryland Gov. Bob Ehrlich is under consideration for a position in President-elect Donald Trump's cabinet, WBAL-TV 11 News has learned.
Ehrlich has been meeting with members of Mr. Trump's transition team, 11 News has learned. The meetings lasted a good portion of the day Monday, and Ehrlich attended more meetings Tuesday.
It's unknown which position is on the table. A representative for the governor wouldn't elaborate.
Ehrlich was elected governor of Maryland in 2003 and served one term. He was defeated by Democrat Martin O'Malley in 2006 and again in 2010.

ReplyDeletehahaha
Mike Busch and mike miller would be a good start.
ReplyDeleteI still do not like the fact that Ehrlich gave us that flush tax. I don't think Trump want's people that are going to increase taxes, regulation, etc. I'm still waiting for Hogan to do away with that foolish flush tax, the money collected is just wasted and would be better in the hands of those that earn it.
ReplyDeleteI trust Ehrlich over Hogan. At least Ehrlich really cared about the people where as Hogan only cares about Hogan.
ReplyDeleteThe reason Bobby lost his re-election bid, the Republicans were the reason there. Many ragged on him and many didn't even vote for him. Reminds me locally of Julie Brewington and Michael Swartz. The only thing Swartz was good at was being a secretary. Buh Bye. The Republicans are their own worst enemy.
Hope this news sent Owe'Malley into a tantrum
