Do You Understand the Electoral College?

6 comments:

  1. Yes. It means your individual vote means nothing. Makes possible to win the popular vote and still lose a presidential election.
Doesn't sound much like Government for the people by the people.

  2. Trump will win the popular vote, but the electoral college may have been influenced and bought off by the Clinton's to vote for her. This is another way to rig the election.

  3. Verifies the corruption in the US.

  4. Yes it's the last place the voting public can be screwed between Nov.8 2016 and Jan.20 2017. The dumbest part of the election process! The delegates can vote any way they want because the law says they are not bound to the will of the electorate. SHOULD be the 2nd thing changed after Obama care.

  5. It's more like Government by some people, of some people and for some people.

  6. I do. The number of electors is based on the size of the population within a state; like the House of Representatives. I don't agree with the all or nothing movement to force the electoral college to reflect the popular vote. It should be proportional.
