A Baltimore school teacher has been fired after making racially charged comments at students.
The district said, "A middle school science teacher at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School engaged in verbally abusive behavior and made racially charged comments directed at students."
Video posted on social media showed a teacher yelling at students, using the n-word, telling a student to leave her class.

ReplyDeleteI don't blame her for snapping and going off! Kids today are very disrespectful and lazy students. Some care about school but most do not. Teachers today are trying to ice skate uphill with all the restrictions on discipline and not making the numbers look "racist". Thank you Margot Handy and NAACP! There is hardly any help from administration and the parents are just as bad as the kids. Major reforming needs done with today's education system and most of the "old school", pun intended, discipline tactics need brought back. Stop letting the animals run the zoo!
ReplyDeleteI would be frustrated too. She is wasting her time trying to teach people that dont understand the value of what she is teaching , therefore they dont care. Last time I checked you dont need understand science to flip burgers. Everything comes pre-mixed, pre-planned or idiot proofed.... for now. The more this crap continues the wider the divide becomes. Those unwilling to become educated are voluntarily placing themselves into a lower cast. Idiocracy is a proficey.

ReplyDeleteNo 1:37, racist comments are how they are perceived. The crap that spews out of these kids mouths everyday is appalling! Your powers of perception must be great also considering you didn't hear the students laughing and carrying on the whole time the teacher is trying to get the disruptive student out of the room. These students only respond to how they speak to each other and this teacher told them a bit of truth!
ReplyDeleteWhat is wrong is that any black person can call another black person the "N" word, and all is good. If it is wrong for a white person to say the "N" word, it should be wrong for every person to say, anytime/anywhere.

ReplyDeleteIf they don't want to be there, fail them. kick them out and help those who want to be there and want to learn. Most of these kids will probably end up in prison anyway. Just reflects the moral and social decay of society in general, especially in the black culture. Why waste money and resources trying to teach those that don't want to be there and don't want to learn?
