    Gorilla Tape would be a better bet. That stuff held my truck mirror on for a year and a half until I could afford a replacement.

    Not needed.
    The state will repair the bridges in 4 to 5 years with no problem.
    Just avoid the by pass until 2021.
    Everything will be OK.
